GGuest UserStaying at Hanting was such a pleasant surprise on our trip! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we experienced impeccable and attentive service. The front desk staff were warm and professional, completing our check-in swiftly and even thoughtfully upgrading our room type.
Room Facilities: The room was spacious and bright. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom facilities were high-end and spotless, with attention to detail evident in touches like welcome fruit and turndown service.
Location: The location was extremely convenient. It's within walking distance to both attractions and shopping districts, and despite being surrounded by numerous dining options, the area was surprisingly quiet.
Special Compliments: A big thank you to the front desk for their exceptional service, including helping us with printing. Their friendly smiles made this stay a truly warm and memorable experience.

MMarc1The hotel is beautifully located by a serene, quiet lake, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing stay. It is particularly popular among families with children, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The breakfast is fantastic, especially if you go early in the morning when the food is freshly prepared. However, later in the day, the selection may not be as fresh.
While the staff does not speak English, navigating your stay is still manageable with some basic Chinese and the help of Google Translate—just as it is in many parts of China.
I highly recommend booking a room with a spa on the balcony. These rooms are located on the second floor, offering greater privacy and more outdoor space. The spa feature itself can be a bit tricky to use—you need to ensure the water level is just right, as too much or too little will prevent it from working properly.
Overall, the hotel is very clean, and the staff is accommodating and responsive to any requests. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with excellent amenities, this is a great choice.

This hotel is awesome! The 25-square-meter room is actually very spacious. I have lived in the same area before and it is too crowded. This time I feel similar to the 30-square-meter one, and I didn't step on the thunder at all. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door. The decoration style is good-looking, the hygiene is very clean, and the bathroom is still separated from wet and dry. Service attitude is also very good, highly recommended!

Kkevin 79We booked this hotel coz my kid got attracted by the swimming pool pictures but unfortunately, they are just pictures ... In reality it's just a decoration, not for swimming , you aren't allowed to use it ... Which made her very disappointed and destroyed her plans.
Anyway , room is big enough , clean , has whatever you need ( just you gotta wake up with first light coz it doesn't have blackout curtains)
Receptionists are super kind and helpful .
Location is ok , not many things around so you can enjoy the quietness.
Breastfast is sooo simple, noodles, egg and Baoza in a very very very small room ( can't be called restaurant) but it's ok.
My very humbe suggestions to them
1- delete these pictures of the swimming pool from your app and never ever mention you guys have outdoor swimming pool coz it's a lie
2- add blackout curtain to rooms
3- add Coffee to breakfast

3300117****I booked a hot spring hotel in Anning to visit a friend. Both the guest rooms and front desk service were subpar. The front desk was slow and inefficient. My mother and I had heavy luggage, and no one offered to help. The floor was also slippery. What's worse, the housekeeping supervisor entered our room using a key card without permission, which woke me up and startled me.
However, the staff in the hot spring area were excellent – friendly, accommodating, and very attentive.
The rice noodles at the restaurant were decent, and the old lady serving them was very kind.
Overall, I wouldn't really recommend this place.
