Very satisfied! When traveling, you must choose a hotel with a good location. Looking at the map, there are food and shopping malls everywhere near this hotel, so I chose it. I booked a hot spring hotel in Anning to visit a friend. Both the guest rooms and front desk service were subpar. The front desk was slow and inefficient. My mother and I had heavy luggage, and no one offered to help. The floor was also slippery. What's worse, the housekeeping supervisor entered our room using a key card without permission, which woke me up and startled me. However, the staff in the hot spring area were excellent – friendly, accommodating, and very attentive. The rice noodles at the restaurant were decent, and the old lady serving them was very kind. Overall, I wouldn't really recommend this place.

The room is clean and hygienic, the boss has a good service attitude, and you can also soak in the hot springs. The surrounding environment is good, and the store’s dinner is delicious.
