GGuest UserStaying at Hanting was such a pleasant surprise on our trip! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we experienced impeccable and attentive service. The front desk staff were warm and professional, completing our check-in swiftly and even thoughtfully upgrading our room type.
Room Facilities: The room was spacious and bright. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom facilities were high-end and spotless, with attention to detail evident in touches like welcome fruit and turndown service.
Location: The location was extremely convenient. It's within walking distance to both attractions and shopping districts, and despite being surrounded by numerous dining options, the area was surprisingly quiet.
Special Compliments: A big thank you to the front desk for their exceptional service, including helping us with printing. Their friendly smiles made this stay a truly warm and memorable experience.

GGuest UserHello everyone. We stayed at this hotel at the end of November 2024. Initially, we booked the hotel for 5 days, then we extended, extended and in the end, we stayed there for 11 nights. The hotel is new, clean. The rooms have good quality robes, toiletries. We were quite satisfied with the breakfasts. We were pleased with the availability of freshly squeezed juices. The main staff does not speak English, but this is not a problem, since the on-line translator saves us, and the staff tries very hard to understand what you want from them. The only person who speaks excellent English was the manager Sam. A man passionate about his work. He told us a lot about the hotel and what is nearby. And there is a lot there: a park with playgrounds, a bungee jump, and a birdhouse with parrots. Sam showed us a place next to the hotel, which is a set for films. Boat station, where you can take a boat and take a walk on the lake and go straight to the hotel grounds. The hotel itself is in a great location, in a lowland, on the shore of the lake. If you plan a trip to Kunming, then it is far from the city. But we needed a quiet and beautiful place. And we got it. With the window open in the evenings and mornings you can hear the fish splashing in the lake and the ducks quacking. It was great to sleep, as the mattress and pillows are of excellent quality. We will definitely come back here and will recommend it to our friends.
P.S. Once again, we say a huge thank you to Sam, he not only told and showed us a lot about the hotel and the surrounding area, he also helped us solve some issues with our luggage at the airport. A wonderful, responsive person. The hotel management is very lucky to have such a person on their team.

GGuest UserThis time I stayed at the Lakeview Hotel and the experience was great! The lake view room booked completely exceeded expectations. You can see the sparkling lake when you open the balcony. I wake up in the morning with birdsong and lake breeze, and I feel particularly comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the toiletries were complete and the quality was good. The staff service is very intimate, the check-in is efficient, and the good location for the lake nearby is also actively recommended. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes great. The seat by the window can enjoy the lake while eating. GGuest UserThe rooms were quite decent. No price hike during the May Day holiday was a huge bonus, definitely a big thumbs up! The front desk service was quick and efficient, and the breakfast spread was extensive. We even had complimentary welcome fruits in the evening, a truly thoughtful gesture ❤️❤️❤️. The highlight for me was definitely the garden hot springs; the kids absolutely adored them, and the service there was truly impeccable. A special thank you goes to one of the attendants, an older lady. Upon seeing our family of three, she immediately paused her cleaning, warmly inquired if we had found a suitable hot spring pool, and then kindly directed us to a freshly filled one. Should we return to Anning for hot springs, this place will be our top pick!
