"The environment is quite nice, and the overall atmosphere is very grand, seemingly consisting of two buildings. The interior decor clearly indicates it's a long-established hotel. However, it suffers from many common problems of older hotels: outdated facilities and old-fashioned decor. Here are a few points that are of concern to many: the air conditioner is noisy, the heating is ineffective, and surprisingly, only one of the bedside electrical outlets is a two-prong outlet (I don't know who needs so many three-prong outlets these days). There are also many commendable aspects, such as the beautiful bamboo grove surrounding the hotel and the clean swimming pool at the back, which clearly shows it's regularly maintained. However, the facilities are simply too outdated! Even my parents haven't stayed in such an old hotel in a long time. I hope they can improve upon this."

The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, truly embodying the spirit of ”answering every question”—whether it was asking about local travel guides or nearby transportation routes, they patiently and meticulously provided the most professional advice, even thoughtfully marking the locations on the map. This genuine feeling of being treated with sincerity made the entire trip exceptionally comfortable. The room's comfort was equally commendable. The space was very spacious, the room was spotless, and the gleaming floors and clean bedding provided a great sense of security. Most importantly, although the hotel is located in the city center and taxis are readily available, thanks to the excellent soundproofing, the room was remarkably quiet, completely undisturbed by the traffic outside, ensuring a high-quality night's sleep. "The room was quite spacious, and the service was good. Definitely book a room with a private hot spring tub; soaking in it on the balcony while enjoying the view was really comfortable. The only issue was that during the holiday, the hotel was fully booked, and there were also many people who came just for the forest hot springs. It was my first time seeing so many people in an outdoor hot spring area; every small pool was completely full, so we couldn't even get in. The complimentary forest hot springs were a complete waste since we couldn't use them."

"A hotel with a nice environment. In the morning, we saw squirrels in the trees in the yard. We booked a room with a hot spring. The pool was very large and could be filled with water every few minutes. There was no limit on the number of times. Although we only filled it twice, it was much better than other hotels that only allowed one filling. The room facilities are indeed a bit old. The bathroom door was obscure and difficult to open, and the mattress made sleeping uncomfortable. You can open the door to the swimming pool from the balcony of the room. The water in the swimming pool is warm, and there are several open-air hot springs around. It is very convenient to take a bath after swimming. However, there are some leaves and large insects floating on the water in the children's area of ​​the pool, which is a bit scary. I don't know how often the water is changed. The shallowest part of the pool is 1.2, which is a bit unfriendly to beginners."

"I booked a hot spring hotel in Anning to visit a friend. Both the guest rooms and front desk service were subpar. The front desk was slow and inefficient. My mother and I had heavy luggage, and no one offered to help. The floor was also slippery. What's worse, the housekeeping supervisor entered our room using a key card without permission, which woke me up and startled me. However, the staff in the hot spring area were excellent – friendly, accommodating, and very attentive. The rice noodles at the restaurant were decent, and the old lady serving them was very kind. Overall, I wouldn't really recommend this place."

"To be honest, good is good, and bad is bad. Environment: Excellent, the view is fantastic. Service: The front desk staff were quite friendly. Cleanliness: Absolutely a mess. Aside from the tables and corners everywhere, the air conditioner was so dirty I didn't dare turn it on. When I did, it shed dust and was incredibly noisy, and freezing at night. Facilities: The initial design was clearly good, but lack of maintenance resulted in almost everything being in a dilapidated state. The windows had no handles and were very difficult to close properly. None of the shower heads worked properly; they sprayed randomly and were unusable. The door couldn't be locked from the inside (the latch and the latch weren't aligned), so I had to prop it open with a chair. The light strip was half-hanging, the wardrobe was broken horizontally, and in short, everything was damaged. Summary: Aside from the nice view, everything else was terrible. I couldn't sleep well, and the overall experience was extremely poor."
