GGuest User送人到此地，裝修是新裝修的，感覺有點味兒，沒有電視房間，還沒有弄好網絡電視，網絡有，掛衣服和晾曬的地方少，衞生間噴淋沐浴設施衞生一般掛件壞了，屋裡住宿應該再加一個垃圾桶，新裝修的錢和維護保養不成正比，還是應該做好房間衞生設施維護保養。房間挺好的新裝修的，有些東西沒有及時維修，也是讓裝修公司騙了。。

AAnonymous User高層視野開闊但電梯繁瑣，公寓式酒店一些電路設計不太合理譬如青島市內酒店通病插入取電卡才可以給手機和其它設備充電，比較依賴於自帶共享旅行旅行充電寶，值得表揚的是作為高層公寓式酒店油煙機設計合理方便更適合低油煙烹飪，缺點冬季供電不穩高層熱水補給會不理想。
