The design of the room is simple and stylish, clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable and sleeps well all night. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, equipped with high-quality toiletries. Free high-speed WiFi and smart TV make leisure time more pleasant. Local specialties are especially amazing. The cleaning service is meticulous and the daily room is completely new. But! This time, the hotel front desk and cleaning aunt have been urging check-out. The check-out time at 2 o'clock has been urging from 1:10.
First, knock on the door and ask us to check out or renew the room, we said check out
Second, secondly, I called to ask whether to check out or renew the room. At that time, I was already annoyed and said that I would leave later.
Third, in the end, we are still packing things, cleaning the aunt directly brushed the room card and opened the door.
I didn't check out more than 2 o'clock, and the behavior above the hotel was speechless. If this service attitude is still not changed, I am not recommended to stay at this hotel. I am angry and the experience is very poor!
