2-Star Hotels in Brazoria County

The facility is always good this is my go to place now the trip . Com was b.s. the reservation was jot forwarded to the hotel I paid in full and I had to look up the number and deal with customer service Minda ya well on c4utches with a busted leg likely hood of me using trip.com for anything else is very slim

The ceiling is thin and the noise of footsteps upstairs can be heard clearly. Breakfast is unchanged and even worse. The restaurant waiter is an Indian, without a smile, as if everyone owes her how much money. The front desk is good. Almost all the items in the room are made in China.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Perfect place to stay for a quick trip.

I have never stayed here before this is my first time.  Overall everything was clean and neat and pretty updated. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.. overall the only complaints I have is that the mattress was awful , springs were just about to come through the mattress. Traffic on the service road all alone was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Constant loud cars and trucks going by all the times of the day and night. Being that my room was on the first floor in the front of the hotel. The noise was bad. Overall everything else was fine .

Very nice people at front desk the only problem. Wasn't with the hotel it was the third party app the front desk actually informed me that I paid only a certain amount through this third-party site so they're very honest but it's very nice room and very clean and has very soft blankets

The Indian lady on check couldn’t have been more grumpy if she tried. Everything seemed too much of a bother. That was my first experience of coming to this hotel, not a good one. The room itself was clean, except stains on the bed linen and the sofa. The sofa you can get away with, but not the bed linen! Photos attached. Remote control back missing meaning control worked when it wanted too. Breakfast was continental and was ok, drinks machine played up and refused to give apple juice. Ok for a one night stay over, but really needs to improve attitude, we are paying customers and don’t expect to receive attitude on checkin!
