GGuest UserThe Ramada perfectly suited my needs. The reception staff, both on the early and late shifts, were very friendly and helpful.
The partnership with the Ambassador across the street made my short stay perfect, as they provided a shuttle service to various destinations and also to the airport bus stop.

First night walking on the carpet in our room barefoot & the carpet seemed damp, like maybe they steam cleaned it. I used the pull out couch for my 5 year old, when setting it up I noticed a heavily wet spot in the carpet by the mini fridge, the pullout is fine for kids that can sleep on anything but I found it too thin to even comfortably sit on.
By morning the wet spot by the fridge was even bigger, we informed the front desk & they said they'd let maintenance know to go up to check, to our knowledge they never did.
The pool was nice & luke warm at all times, they use salt water which is nicer than the chemical smell of chlorine.
The included breakfast buffet is ok. The waffle maker is always a hit with kids. We recommend skipping the eggs and sausage, they gave us tummy troubles. Coffee was awful according to my husband & tea provided is just plain Lipton.
Location right off the expressway is great, travel to downtown events was less than 15 minutes away. Plenty of stores & restaurants nearby.
For a fully booked weekend stay it was very quiet.
We would consider going here again for the price, pool & location.

JJackgangchenBreakfast is average, coffee is good, and the fruit and cookies are a bit too sweet. Convenient transportation, high-speed roadside, nearby restaurants are not bad. There are no convenience stores and grocery stores. Have a gas station
