"The Ramada perfectly suited my needs. The reception staff, both on the early and late shifts, were very friendly and helpful.
The partnership with the Ambassador across the street made my short stay perfect, as they provided a shuttle service to various destinations and also to the airport bus stop."

"It can be said that there are few hotels that have been cleaned every day in Europe and the United States, which are very cost-effective. If you drive, it will be very convenient to go to the city center for about 10 minutes. The environment is very good, there is river view! Coyotes and ducks. There is a swimming pool and gym on the first floor that are open all day. The breakfast was also very good and the staff was very welcoming! I really hope to have a chance to come again."

Amazing
Ppac0616The design of the hotel is very distinctive and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The front desk service is warm and professional, and the check-in efficiency is high. The traffic is also convenient and the surrounding environment is safe. The overall experience is very good and worth recommending.
AAnonymous UserThe place was by the airport but not noisy. Bar and restaurant were a great time. Amy was very professional and great bartender. Nice fireplace. Room was comfortable. Would stay again!
WWEIGANGKing bed room. The room is much smaller than the Hilton City Center in the next few days. The facilities in public places are also lower. Fortunately, there are some business trips.
GGuest UserThis is a wonderful National Historic Trust Hotel that has been restored to its original beauty and history. There are several dining options from a very expensive top restaurant in the City to reasonably priced Pubs for a downtown location. Its easy to walk, take the bus, or ride the free trolly just a couple blocks away.
GGuest UserThe location of the hotel was in close proximity (5-minute walking distance) to the venue we were attending at the Fiserv Forum. There were many restaurants within close proximity to the hotel as well. The room was just ok. The bathroom door in the room was broken, and the hotel could use some updates. We did not have much interaction with the front desk, but staff was polite during check in/ out. Valet was pleasant and offered to help assist with bags. Overall, the say was nice given the reason for the visit. I would not stay there for more than a weekend, because the hotel is downtown and you hear sirens all day.
TTAKAMAIt's in downtown, but there's practically nothing around.
The Starbucks on the first floor of the hotel opens at 6:30am.
There was hair left in the room and it felt a bit unsanitary.
GGuest UserThe sheets weren't sure they changed. They weren't very wrinkled. It was like someone had just slept. There were some jam stains on the desk.
Hotel is still new, breakfast is not bad
GGuest UserThe hotel provided a peaceful haven away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the serene environment made for a restful stay.
GGuest UserNo frills hotel, meets the basic needs.
First night walking on the carpet in our room barefoot & the carpet seemed damp, like maybe they steam cleaned it. I used the pull out couch for my 5 year old, when setting it up I noticed a heavily wet spot in the carpet by the mini fridge, the pullout is fine for kids that can sleep on anything but I found it too thin to even comfortably sit on.
By morning the wet spot by the fridge was even bigger, we informed the front desk & they said they'd let maintenance know to go up to check, to our knowledge they never did.
The pool was nice & luke warm at all times, they use salt water which is nicer than the chemical smell of chlorine.
The included breakfast buffet is ok. The waffle maker is always a hit with kids. We recommend skipping the eggs and sausage, they gave us tummy troubles. Coffee was awful according to my husband & tea provided is just plain Lipton.
Location right off the expressway is great, travel to downtown events was less than 15 minutes away. Plenty of stores & restaurants nearby.
For a fully booked weekend stay it was very quiet.
We would consider going here again for the price, pool & location.
GGuest UserThe whole experience was good except for the fact that it is under construction so the ice machine doesn't work the room was dirty when I got to it there was trash under the couch, it basically had to be cleaned so we had to clean it ourselves. And the restaurant that's attached to the hotel is a rip off but other than that it was decent.
