MMinxuThe surrounding area is a residential area, so it's relatively quiet. There are Thai restaurants nearby.

GGuest UserWe fly in from Hawaii, our flight delayed 3 hours, so we arrived at the hotel at 4am, the girl at the counter was walking towards outside and saw us entering the hotel with luggages without saying a word, we thought she was stepped out just a bit, and waited in the lobby, but she disappeared! There was another man in the lobby he tried to help us find her however no luck.
We were so very tired and waited in the lobby for half an hour, she finally came in and gave us the key of the room, it only took like 2 minutes.
If it were that simple, why not just handed the key to us upon our arrival, we tried to make phone calls, but the phone rang right in front of us in the counter with nobody inside, it's very very very frustrated.
GGuest UserSoaking pool is worth the stay. It’s an old place so have a little patience with the elevator and if you need a toilet close by, be sure to communicate that request with front desk at check-in and they might make an accommodation for you.
GGracedududuThe hotel is a decent place for a stay in Protland if you care safty in the city and want a quiet relaxing experience.
The hotel seems attached to the University and the design is kind of Japanese style. Room is clean but not that quiet we could hear the TV sounds the whole night of the other room. Breakfast is very simple but good for the price.
GGuest UserThe staff 々 is very kind. The room was also very clean! I didn't have a hair dryer in the room, and when I told the staff, they gave it out. There was also a morning snack and I was able to spend very comfortable.
XXiaofengkaiThe facilities are old, the bed feels a bit damp, the breakfast is hard to describe, there is basically nothing to eat, just coffee, cola, boiled water, waffles have to be made by yourself, and there are apples.
GGuest UserThe staff does a lot of work to ensure all travelers are accommodated. It can be a tricky location but I’ve seen a lot of improvement with well executed rules that will hopefully keep it safe for everyone. Had a room swap done to help me due to forgetting to ask for a bottom floor. They made it right and I appreciated them
