very cozy, clean hotel with friendly staff, we were very pleased with the hotel.

Close to downtown Lockport and the locks and not far from Niagara Falls! Very nice hotel and great service!

The room is large, clean, and fully equipped. The breakfast was also very delicious. The staff are very friendly, super friendly, beyond your imagination, and you can get any help you can from them. If we come back next time, we will continue to live here.

Our stay was 2 nights and 3 days. We went with our two teenage children, and we were very impressed with the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The room was spotless, and the service was also very good, as was the location. The hotel is very close to restaurants and 15 minutes from Niagara Falls. On the negative side: although the hotel offers breakfast included, we weren't entirely satisfied with the selection, so we had to spend extra buying our own breakfasts. There were very few breakfast options, and the dining area was small. As for comfort, all four of us left with neck and head pain due to the firmness and height of the pillows, which were not at all comfortable. Overall, I do recommend the hotel, which is affordable and clean; just keep these observations in mind.

The room is OK, a standard room with a sofa, no suite space, some distance from the waterfall, probably in a residential area, a decent hotel, the included breakfast is very important, standard gourmet meal, tastes good.
