GGuest UserI had such terrible experience at the Cambria hotel nearby, but once I arrived at Avid, everything took a dramatic turn for the better. The gentleman who checked me in was exceptionally friendly and helpful, even allowing me to check in early. The room was very clean and nicely decorated, and the bedding was so comfortable that I didn’t even want to leave the bed all day. They provided complimentary coffee in the lobby, which tasted great and their complimentary breakfast was also quite satisfying. The large TV allowed me to easily watch Netflix and YouTube through AirPlay. I appreciated that all the bathroom amenities were Dove products. There were several restaurants within walking distance, and a Seven Eleven was just a 2-minute walk away. Upon checking out, there was no shuttle bus driver available, but they arranged a Lyft for me at no cost. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations, especially considering the affordable price of $95. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing accommodation near Orlando airport.

RRyan__travellerI had a really bad experience in this hotel . Receptionist named HELDA is a worst I ever encountered in my life .she was so inconsiderate rude the worst she threaten us to take out from the hotel premises I was with a 8 yrs kid and my wife . Heres the story we are tourist,I booked a hotel for 3 days(non refundable )I paid through one of my friends credit card . As hotel policy I had to swipe a physical credit $100 for (collateral)incase of anything damage in my room . Unfortunately I didn't have a credit card . I request her to keep a $500 cash instead( I understand hotel policy’ )But she was so so so rude wanted us to thrown out of hotel she kept saying cancel and find other hotel . I ask her to call a manager maybe manger could have an other solution but she dint even bother . Just said I can’t I won’t . Listening our conversations at the lobby one lady came up and said if I give her $150 cash she will let use credit card just to check inn . Where’s we dint have an option .

GGuest UserHotel was located between both universal and Disney . Free shuttle bus however the shuttle bus is very busy. Hotel breakfast very basic and disappointing. Not many options. Bedrooms are modern decorated however some issues . Bed bugs and ants had to ask to change sheets . They didn’t change and when I asked for room to be cleaned I kept being ignored until eventually had to get senior staff involved . Ant’s definitely a problem in the hotel . Liked that they offered free full size bathroom products this was useful . AC is at one temp and can not be controlled so can get very cold in the room and bedding is thin.

I was taking my nephew on a trip to Orlando, a little getaway to spoil him, on a small budget. I needed cheap, and I did my research. I’ll be honest, I read some of the reviews for Garnet Inn, and they weren’t all great. I can’t tell you about those peoples stay. But I can tell you about mine
My stay here was fantastic. We had a great time, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I will stay here again, 100%
A few things to note- it’s a cheap hotel.
Is it fancy? No. Is it older? Yes.
Was it clean? Absolutely
The lobby is not impressive. It could be updated, the furniture looks a bit outdated, but was it clean? Yea it was! Was the price affordable? Yes it was!
The room has everything I needed. 2 beds. Lots of pillows. A huge tv mounted on the wall. A fridge. A microwave. A bar of soap. A package of shampoo. Fresh clean towels and sheets. The room was clean. Floors were clean. Bathroom was clean. The mirror was spotless. I have zero complaints on cleanliness.
I chose a pool view room. Which we loved. Let me tell you about the pool. It was very clean, and there is a kiddie pool and an adult pool. Both were great. The kiddie pool is 1 foot deep. Great for kids who can’t swim, or who just what to splash around. The adult pool is big, clean, has stairs, a railing and even a lift.
The staff- everyone was super friendly to me. Check in was easy. Check out was easy. Life was simple here
The breakfast- your getting the basics. Cereal, waffles, toast. Coffee and juice and milk. There was lots. It did not run out. It’s included in your stay, at that cheap of a price guess what? It’s sufficient
Room cleaning- housekeeping came everyday. Made the bed. Cleaned the garbage and changed my towels. I didn’t have to ask. They just did it.
The location- close to everything. 10 min drive to anywhere you want to go. There is a really good restaurant in the same parking lot, as well as a 7/11. There is a McDonald’s a 3 min walk down the street.
To sum it up, could it be fancier? Sure. But if it was you wouldn’t be getting this cheap of a price. All my needs were met, it was comfortable, clean, and the staff are friendly. I will be staying here again, no doubt !

เเล็กวาThis hotel, good location, the service is also very good, the staff are smiling, the breakfast is considered good at a certain level, the only downside is that the room at the mattress and the bathroom has a small cockroach. Up to the bed as you can see, the hotel has a renewed, but some of them do not finish the room, there is an old part and there are cockroaches living in it.

DDESHENGGood location, in the middle of the International Avenue, you can park. Walk to outlets for about half an hour. The breakfast was very simple and I didn't want to eat the second meal. There is a supermarket and a meal across the road, hot pot buffet.

PP1n2xThere is no microwave in room, only in the lobby which everyone uses so it’s frequently dirty. I suggest paying extra for the upgraded rooms. We were originally assigned the regular but it smells like cigarette when it was a non-smoking room.

GGuest UserWe got a room around the back near the barrage that was overflowing. Inside the room at first sight I thought the floor was dirty but it was actually dirty looking. A centipede died in the standing shower and roaches crawling out from behind the toilet to behind the mirror. Air condition chips out sometimes and the room never gets cold. There is a small table and two dirty chairs in the room at two burner built in stove and a full size painted fridge. The bed was clean, but this isn’t somewhere to call home about somewhere to sleep for the night and get out.
