2-Star Hotels in Richland County

The staff welcoming us at check in were very nice, well spoken, and knowledgeable. The cookies at check in were a nice touch. The room was spacious and the check-out time was generous, noon. Only a few problems: the conditioner bottle in the shower was empty, but I only discovered in the morning while I was taking a shower, there were a few stray hairs still on the bathroom floor around the shower, the hot water carafe in the lobby was not kept hot so I had to warm up hot chocolate in my room microwave, and the cable TV didn't work in the morning, so we had no reason to stay for the late check out. We appreciated the hot breakfast in the morning and it was a good start to our day. I'd be willing to use Hampton Inns again.

I checked in pretty late. It took almost an hour to finally get someone to come to the desk. Had I not booked through an app I would have gone somewhere else. They did discount the room for my troubles. The room was very clean & the complimentary breakfast was pretty good as well. Overall my stay was pretty pleasant. Even after the rocky start I would book again when I visit the area.

It was much better than expected. Our room was very clean, beds very comfortable. Yes it’s an older establishment but they are updating the rooms. There was no smell either. I’m very picky. I was pleased. The only negative thing I would say, is that the water doesn’t get hot. Just warm. I would stay again. This hotel was great for the price. Loved the layout of the lobby.

The hotel's location was highly convenient, offering easy freeway access and plentiful parking. The staff was cooperative and helpful.

Stayed for drill. Property is in a nice area but us definitely dated. Would consider staying again, but I concur with previous posters; they do have a roach problem

We went out for breakfast about 8:15 no plates, no orange juice, no milk, no toast a couple of muffins and only enough batter for one waffle very disappointing. I had an appointment at the VA later and was expecting breakfast before I went

I’ve stayed here for 14 days now and would go down to the front desk each morning and pay for another night. Which that cost me $60 every morning I would book my room again.... needless to stay ask about there weekly prices because they are $250 for a week. Where I screwed my self paying each morning... but overall with my stay it has been good.

The property has improved since the last time I stayed here. Room was clean and all amenities were as described. This property has started serving breakfast too for those who booked rooms with meals. I was concerned about the bugs like what had happened during my stay before; however, the only time I saw a bug crawling on the wall was on my last night here. All in all, an improved property.
