Hotel room was big , comfortable” and clean … went to Tyler , Texas my first time and the hotel was surrounded by shopping stores and many eating places from McDonald’s to Salt Grass and Longhorn…

Hotel cost-effective, may be because of the location is biased, why the room is a problem, the sparrow is small, well-organized, the front desk service is also very good. The disadvantage is that there are fewer places to eat around, and it is a typical large rural level. . . There are no better restaurants, all of which are greasy snacks.

This was a very nice and cheap hotel. The pool was closed, the toilet paper was super thin, and the bathroom door was breaking, but none of that bothered us much. It’s probably what keeps the rates down. The room was comfortable and quiet and the breakfast was quite nice with boiled eggs, pastries, waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and more. Great location too!

Was charged an extra fee for needing to check in a little early because we came in for our granddaughter graduation and would have missed the window of check in. Plus our coffee pot cracked and started leaking every where after the first us. Could use with some renovation, especially the stairs...Terrible!!!!
