From Ergun, we drove along the 332 frozen soil national highway to Genhe. After having dinner, we chose this hotel. Because I had a bad experience at the hotel I stayed in in Ergun the night before, I didn’t even take a shower and was very tired. This night's stay in Xishan was a surprise. My body was rested and my mind was comforted. Genhe City is very small. Although the hotel is not in the center, it is very convenient. It only takes six or seven minutes to drive. Relatively quiet. We arrived at the hotel at almost eight o'clock. Due to the off-season, there were not many employees. The landlady was waiting for us hungry all the time. We went to eat after we checked in. Thank you very much. The room size is about 30 square meters, clean and tidy. The whole house is intelligently controlled by Xiaomi, newly decorated and has no peculiar smell. The TV is also a large Xiaomi screen and can be used for screencasting. The bedding is dry, hygienic and comfortable. The room also has an Eames lounge chair imitating Herman Miller, which is leather and very comfortable. The tea bags are Chuanning black tea, and the mineral water is free to drink. You can see all the details. The boss is very attentive to building this hotel. The hotel we stayed in Ergun the day before had poor sanitary conditions. The water in the bathroom was also small, so I didn't wash it. After checking into the Xishan Hotel here, I immediately took a hot bath and felt so comfortable. And the bathroom and toilet are separated, which is great. When I get up in the morning, I can see the sun shining on the mountains in the distance, and the ground is covered with snow, like a painting. What impressed me most was the service details. The boss was worried that we would be cold and prepared a heater for us. Although I didn't use it, I was very grateful. In the morning, he also introduced us to surrounding breakfast restaurants in a timely manner. Before leaving, we also prepared a local specialty. Let’s talk about areas that can be improved: 1. There is no bathroom mat. It is easy to bring water into the house after taking a shower. The floor is wet and uncomfortable; 2. The board that holds shampoo and shower gel is on the high side, making it inconvenient to press it. The board is thin. People with obsessive-compulsive disorder may find it easy to fall off. 3. The storage table in the bathroom is too small 4. The water heater is a water storage type, so the next person has to wait half an hour after the previous one finishes washing. However, the amount of water in the bath is relatively large, and it feels like a good hotel in Hulunbuir. Despite its faults, overall this is a very good boutique hotel. I hope the boss's business will prosper. Let people who go to Genhe have a better accommodation experience in the future. (I had a hard time looking for a hotel in Ergun the night before, and I felt very bad that night)

The hotel staff are incredibly warm and attentive, quickly resolving any issues that arise, making you feel truly welcome. 💖 What impressed me most were the hotel's gym and swimming pool – fully equipped and with a first-class environment, allowing you to maintain a healthy lifestyle even while traveling. 🏋️♀️🤽♂️ Overall, this is truly one of the most comfortable hotels I've ever stayed in while traveling, and I highly recommend it to everyone! 🌍 If you're also in Genhe, promise me you'll try this hotel! You definitely won't be disappointed! 😉

It happens that we made tea from the mountain spring of Wuli Spring in Aershan. The room is clean and tidy. It should be newly opened soon. Breakfast is also very rich. The bedding is very clean. The pillow is latex and very comfortable. In short, we like it very much and recommend it! And we arrived on September 29th, it has been heated and the room is very warm.

On the day of arrival, the sky was dark, and the light rain fell for four hours. It was driving all the way from Hailar. The night outside the car window was getting darker and the temperature was getting lower and lower, but the heart was getting more and more secure. When placing an order in Trip.com before departure, the hotel manager Yuan Yuan said a word: ”We can come and see first, and then we will be dissatisfied.” In this sentence, all concerns disappeared. When we arrived, the front desk teacher took the patience to take us to choose a room, which made me feel intimate for people who are sensitive to noise. At 8:30 in the evening, the headlights broke the rain curtain, and the Genhe Tribe Hotel was quietly located next to the Nguyen Guya Zhanlu Tribe Scenic Area. The front desk did not perfunctory because of the late night, but let us order a table of northeast hot dishes at the hotel. The pot came up steaming, a warm mouthful of three fresh, pot-wrapped meat and tomato and egg soup, and the four-hour journey was instantly healed. I will go to Luyuan early the next morning. The big sister at the front desk said: ”Just put your luggage here, check out for you to delay.” This sentence releases the pressure of our luggage turnover. I have to boast about the umbrellas in the hotel alone - large, strong, and like a mushroom. The morning rain in the Genhe is fine and long, but this umbrella almost covered my whole person in it, and my shoulders were not wet. Holding it for five minutes to walk to the entrance of the scenic spot, the rain turned white noise overhead, and the mood was extremely smooth. Breakfast is the kind of northern specification that is reassuring: hot dishes are rowed out, pasta soup is everything. Sitting in the restaurant, the window is the fog in the forest area, the stomach is hot, the whole portrait is taken care of. Later, I thought that what really people remember during the trip is not how luxurious hardware is often, but the moment of ”accepted” - the manager's sentence ”look at it first”, the eldest sister patiently took us to choose the room one by one, and the hot dishes served late at night. The rain of Genhe can't take away the enthusiasm of the Ruguya, and this hotel just happens to put that simplicity and sincerity into every detail. Next time I come to Cold Pole, I will stay here. Tips: The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the entrance of the Nguyen Lu Tribe Scenic Area. It is friendly by car. After September, the temperature in the forest area plummeted. It is recommended to bring enough warm clothes, but the hotel is expected to heat on September 1, so there is no need to worry about the room.

The room was comfortable and fully equipped with smart home features. It had a fridge, disposable bath towels and hand towels, and a separate wet/dry shower, all very clean and hygienic. At first, when I took a shower, I didn't notice the room's warm reminder about the independent water heater, so as the last one in the family to shower, the water started getting a bit cold halfway through. Other than that, everything was very pleasant. Downstairs, there's a restaurant where we had a delicious and fresh hot pot lamb spine stew. It was a super big portion, so we packed the leftovers into the room's fridge. The next day, after a trip to Aoluguya, we came back for lunch and they even reheated our leftover lamb spine stew from yesterday. The service was absolutely fantastic!

It is the hotel of the Genlin Group and the display center of their wooden house. Everyone encountered in Genhe was very good. At breakfast, the aunts in the restaurant were so gentle and loving that people felt warm. Love this city.
