One night, two days: three swims, two drinks, three pizzas, four coffees, a friend of a kid's, 50 favorite Spanish songs at the bar, 100 high-speed trains, 300 photos from every angle, 1,000 clouds, and countless summer cicadas... I asked my kid how he'd rate it on a scale of 0 to 10, and he said 100. 🤭 Finally, a big thank you to the handsome guys who run this small but beautiful B&B. One helped us adjust our breakfast since we don't eat pork, one carried our luggage to and from the station, and one even gave us free coffee. Overall, the service was relaxed yet excellent. If I were to offer constructive feedback, it would be: two more sun loungers by the pool 🤭 and the bathroom floor drain could be fixed faster.

Facilities: There are chess and card rooms, bookstores, libraries, and teahouses outside the room, which are very suitable for escaping from the city and enjoying a slow life. Service: Everyone in the store is very good, including the enthusiastic front desk guy, the caring canteen lady, and the thoughtful homestay owner. This store is about 5 kilometers away from the county town. If you can't call a car, you can contact the homestay. They will help call a car or drive you by car. In short, the experience is good.

辦理入住時我明確告知兩名前台，長途開車到達太累需要安靜房間休息，但二人沒有對我的訴求做出任何迴應，隨後直接給我安排了五樓臨街客房。 臨街車流噪音尚能忍受，夜間十點起，房頂熱水機組發出持續低頻轟鳴，全屋震動根本無法入睡。客房工作人員上門後表示知曉這間房設備噪音嚴重，也就是明知道這種情況但前台依然給了我們這間房間。 起初客房衹提供耳塞讓我們將就，稱沒有空房拒絕換房，我再次致電前台溝通後，才給出四樓標間。深夜十一點半衹能收拾、搬運行李，客房人員知道我要換房間，態度也有些不耐煩，彷彿是我們無端增添了額外工作量。去過那麼多地方，住過那麼多酒店，第一次遇到這種情況。服務體驗很差，出現問題後處置消極！

The morning tea the next day was very attentive. The seasonal vegetables were picked by themselves and tasted very good. It felt like returning home. The sister was very kind and said that it was not enough. There is more here. After chatting with the boss, we were invited to drink tea. Before I went in, I just wanted to drink tea, but I didn’t expect that it was drinking tea in meditation. I was amazed and had a spiritual baptism. In the end, my sister-in-law and I cried. Hotel is comfortable and located in a central location, service from the front desk is also great. However some of the design features such as the positioning of clothes rack in the bathroom (located in the toilet instead of the shower area), bathtub in the room itself and the handle outside of the toilet door are slightly baffling. Having said that these design elements do not take away from the room and the service. 4.5 stars

The front desk did not meet the obligation to inform, and provided meal coupons and room wifi passwords as soon as possible, but paid more attention to whether the hotel would bear losses; 2) After check-in, I went downstairs to eat and asked for breakfast. The front desk informed that the breakfast coupon would not be late to go downstairs tomorrow morning. I asked about the breakfast time and the other party informed 7:30-9:30. 3) I went downstairs at 8:55. Someone at the front desk asked for an invoice. I waited for the front desk to handle the work at hand and the other party took out the breakfast coupon. Imagine if breakfast has been stopped, the front desk should know, will not give me breakfast coupons and then tell me to turn left, let our family find a circle in the hall, but no results, Ask again, the other party told you to go left. 4) Check-out, it happened that Trip.com was communicating with the front desk. The front desk said that the guest went downstairs at 9:15, and it was difficult to send Trip.com Why not pursue the guest. After 2 minutes, the cleaning staff feedback can check out before returning the deposit. The front desk did not apologize for the service problem during the whole process. I have used the platform to book rooms for many years. I have a rare impression of merchants who have paid deposit in the past 2 years, and there are fewer rounds. Whether it is a communication link or a front desk service awareness, it cannot keep pace with the times. Below is the hotel hardware: The hotel is located about 10 kilometers from the Hanzhong Up and Down Expressway, passing through Hanzhong Landscape Avenue. 1) The hotel's 270-degree view window is both an advantage and a disadvantage. On the day of check-in in Hanzhong, the room was completely sun-drenched. The central air-conditioning in the hotel is slow to cool, and the temperature needs to be adjusted to 18 degrees for more than 4 hours, and the room temperature can reach 24.5 degrees. 2) The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, there is no shelf in the shower room, and it is inconvenient to place clothes and towels; the smart toilet in the bathroom has a retractable head, but it cannot be sprayed to clean it, and there is a one. The shower room and the bathroom are connected to the sink. The left high and right low water of the sink is easy to flow out to the ground. The space arrangement is not reasonable.

The restaurant of the hotel tastes very good. The price is also very affordable. The operation time is not stable. The first day I ate it and felt good. The next day I went back to eat before I left. The result was not taken... Service is also responsive, especially Fan Fan's attitude is very good, the service is intimate, next time I come to Yangxian, I will be ready to live.
