GGuest UserI have stayed here several times, and this hotel is my first choice every time I go on a business trip. It is very close to the high-speed rail station and the highway intersection. Traveling is very convenient. The service is as good as ever, check-in at the front desk No. 03 is very standard. The hotel staff are also very welcoming and will take the initiative to say hello to anyone they meet on the floor. The delivery was also very timely, and the breakfast dishes were also replaced with new ones, which tasted very good. Very recommended.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the center of Puning, with Wantaihui and Plaza downstairs. It is very convenient for shopping and dining, and it is very lively. The hotel parking lot and the shopping mall have the same entrance, so there is a bit of traffic jam. The room has a soft mattress and is clean. There is a gym and a self-service laundry room. The decoration style is very warm and there are many breakfast options. It's a pity that there is a cup of coffee missing. The stay experience is good.

The hotel staff has done a great job.
There is free self help washing machine, but location is at roof and is spooky to go up in the night, avoid night time.

MM45927****The breakfast was such a delightful surprise, Shantou breakfast is truly divine! A long row of specialty side dishes neatly arranged, paired with smooth local congee – there were so many options it was hard to choose. It really captured the authentic Shantou flavor!
The room was clean and tidy, and the young ladies at the front desk were warm and attentive! They even gave me a free room upgrade and recommended delicious food and fun attractions around the hotel. It was a wonderful trip!

The fly in the ointment is that the quality of the disposable items provided is not very good (the toothbrush will shed hair and open the fork as soon as it is brushed, which affects the mood), and the breakfast is not good.

After I came here, I found that the environment of this single-family villa and wooden house was not very good. One was the smell of sewerage in the toilets in the room, and the layout of the soaking pool and yard was also bad. Somewhat unsatisfactory. It may be because it was too busy during the National Day. The public trash cans outside the villa were not cleaned in time. There was a lot of garbage piled up and there were more mosquitoes. The hot spring water in the public area pool is real, but the room facilities need to be improved. I originally wanted to live in a wooden house, but when I saw that the facilities in the wooden house were worse, the rooms were older and the layout was worse, there was still room for improvement. After all, the price was not high. Cheap. I hope businesses will pay attention to it
