Really near railway station but it is far from center town. Can take Didi / taxi everywhere. No speaking english but can chat with wechat with the resepsionist. The resepsionist is really helpful and we got welcome snack. Unexpected the toilet is smart toilet without bidet.

The hotel parking lot and the shopping mall have the same entrance, so there is a bit of traffic jam. The room has a soft mattress and is clean. There is a gym and a self-service laundry room. The decoration style is very warm and there are many breakfast options. It's a pity that there is a cup of coffee missing. The stay experience is good.

Hotel location is OK, go to Wantaihui to drive for ten minutes, the room area is not large, health can be, breakfast can be, the food is timely, the parking space around the store can be free parking, that is, the room has a chair is really inconvenient, can not put one more?

The room is very old, the carpet is dirty, the sofa cover is cracked and one side of the seat is dented. The faucet will open automatically after being turned off. After studying for a long time, I can only twist it to the far right to lock it. It’s just that everything is too old. However, during the Chinese New Year, this one is the cheapest among the more formal hotels in Puning, and there are no other options. At 10 o'clock that night, I found that there was no hot water. I called the front desk and said that there was no problem with the equipment. Maybe everyone was gathering together to use it and asked me to wait. At 12:30, there was still no hot water, so I went to bed directly. As a Cantonese, this is the first time since I was 3 years old that I went to bed without taking a shower🙃

The resort hot spring park is not far from the guest room, it is very convenient to go back and forth, the staff service is intimate and thoughtful, the package is full of hot spring tickets, and friends are strongly recommended for short trips in Panlong Bay.
