We found this place on Ctrip. Although it's tucked away in a small alley, it was surprisingly easy to locate. Parking was also very convenient. My husband was pleased with the pleasant surroundings and the comfortable accommodation. The hot water supply was good, and it's conveniently close to the charming old town. Overall, we were extremely satisfied.

This stay at Lavande Suining was a wonderful experience. The beauty service at the front desk is very careful, the environment is elegant, the facilities are well-equipped, the central air-conditioning, the hot water is sufficient, the water temperature is just right, I like this store very much, I like this lavender decoration style, the price is very high, I will recommend it to friends.

Not sure how to review this one because while we found the family room we booked unacceptable on arrival and were accommodated by a room change, the hotel was not willing to provide a credit for the downgrade. Trip.com made good on this though so we were ultimately satisfied. We were told by the hotel that the other room we also booked was upgraded which was true but that upgrade was marginal and not close to equivalent to the downgrade according to the prices shown here. Moral of the story is to inspect before checking in if checking in early enough as this may allow one to cancel and rebook on this app for a proper adjustment.
