3-Star Hotels in Cisauk

The room was very clean, tidy, and comfortable. The service was also good. The only suggestion would be that the bolster pillow could be made a bit softer to make the resting experience even better.

I came to BSD to join a running event with my one and only sister. This place is beyond enough to have a comfortable space before the race. Everything is just enough and expected. Also, it’s close to the biggest mall in BSD as well as Cisauk station where I could easily get back to Jakarta. Definitely would recommend to my friends and family.

Worst ever experience during my stay at any hotel . Local agent is not proffesionaly handle customer. We try to check in at appointed time at the hotel but no body to handle during check in. We keep on calling to Customer service and the answer also keep on changing . Finally somebody come to see me but not in proper dress, not recognized from which company. This guy asked me to wait for 15 minutes since the hotel room is not ready, as they need to top up electricity etc, and we have to wait another 45 minutes. After checking in another problem comes : The main door in unable to be locked,, TV not is not working and lastly the air condition was leaking ,, they promised to refund for my deposit Rp200 thousand in 1-3 days working days,, but till todate no money refund yet. Hopefully they can keep promise for refund.
