GGuest UserStarting with dorm, cot was not fixed well, but it was clean and have all the facilities that we need.. toilet was neat with water heater, view was amazing. Looks wise property was amazing at both day and night. Food was okay but after the trip I got stomach issues and many with me at dorm said the same thing. There is no restaurant nearby too. Poomparai town is the only option but it's off-road so you won't think to go all the way there everytime. Campfire and trekking activities conducted here which was good. Overall nice property but just it needs some changes in food quality and management.

GGuest UserOur stay at j em valley was awesome. Location is a bit far, and the hotel is located at a high altitude. Food was yummy. In clear skies, the view from the hotel is mesmerizing. In order to go to the hotel, the road is slant. For professional drivers, it's easy to drive near the hotel. Travelers who like fog and cool temperatures can prefer this hotel. On sundays bonfire is arranged for all the visitors.

GGuest UserHad a nice stay with a neat and beautiful room even though it was a little bit difficult to reach the location. The ambience and facilities are good. The staffs are good and polite, but not satisfactory for the overall room service. The heater was functioning partially. There was drainage problem in the bathroom after shower. We mentioned it to the staff, they told it's rectified, but still the problem was there till the last day. Overall good ambience, outside view and all. Need to improve the service.

GGuest UserThis is little far from city centre near to sterling resort around 6 km this may cost you 500 by taxy during on season. Rooms are spacious, well decorated and clean. There are two balcony with good view. Complimentary breakfast with not much options. No restaurant service they can arrange food or one can walk to the near restaurant on main road. Kodai has ban on 1l water bottle. They have kept 20l bottle at outer space. Over all its a budget hotel at good location.
