The service is very, very, very enthusiastic. You can take a hot spring bath for free, and there are not many people. The Japanese say hi, hi, it's so touching! I especially like this kind of small village

I only stayed without meals, but I didn't have any trouble because there were shops and convenience stores while walking to Kofu Station.
Since the front desk is unmanned, the check-in method will be emailed, so if you do it, you can do it without any problems.
If you have registered for LINE, you will be answered if you have a question.
We chose a room on the 4th floor where we can see Mt. Fuji if the weather is nice. There is no elevator and there are only stairs, so I think it will be difficult for those who are not accustomed to the stairs. I felt warm with a photo of the owner's trip to the stairs landing, and a map of Kofu and a tourist guide. There was an umbrella in front of the door so that I could borrow it in the rain, and if I had the entrance, I would have arranged slippers for the number of people, and I was happy to worry about the message card from the owner.
The room was large and clean, toothbrushes and bath towels were also available, and there were coffee and tea for the number of people.
The weather was nice so I could see Mt. Fuji.
It is a comfortable room.
1The room was on the first floor, so I will come when I travel alone.

Guest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, very close to Kofu Castle and the pedestrian street. The room was clean, tidy, and cozy. Breakfast was abundant, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. I would definitely stay here again!

Guest UserThe hotel was very modern and the waterfall in the middle of the lobby on the first floor was very beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. For dinner we had a delicious French course meal at the hotel. It's just a short walk from the station so the location is good, but there is a police station and courthouse right next to it so the location may not be the best. There are not many amenities so it's probably best to bring your own lotion and cream.
For breakfast we had Japanese food which was also delicious. I'd definitely like to stay here again!

The staff were very kind and friendly. We were given wine as a welcome drink. Breakfast is available from 6:30, and although there aren't many varieties, it was mostly Korean food and very delicious! There are plenty of parking spaces.

Yanagiya is a nice little local onsen. They do not have too many rooms so you will not feel overcrowded. It is a nice place to spend for days to relax your body and mind.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. They can speak limited English but in case you come across any issue with language, feel free to use translation app.
If you are driving, the onsen is easy to find and there is a carpark in front of the Onsen with plenty of space. There are also 2 x EV charging but not sure if they are for onsen guess.
The room is spacious, clean and tidy. The air conditioner is featured with heater and cooler function, so you don't have to worry about weather during winter and summer.
The hot spring is open for 24 hrs, except time when they swap between male and female access, usually it takes 30 minutes and they take this opportunity to clean up the facilities too.
Food are generally fine and portion is reasonable. Staff are caring d considerate. We have two kids at age of 7 and 9 and they do not take spicy or raw food. When they noticed, they have offered to tailor made the breakfast for the kids so that they don't prepare food that kids do not eat.

The location is very good, the hotel has been a few years, the hardware facilities are definitely not new, but the location is very close to the Jiafu station, the travel is very convenient, the weekend price is expensive, no way, other more expensive!
Take the seven chakras bracelet to go to Mount Fuji, a particularly good travel experience!

The location was good, the amenities were plentiful, and it was a comfortable stay. The baths were designated for men and women at designated times, but the large communal bath was clean.
The breakfast was also satisfying with a wide variety of options. The staff were all very friendly.
One thing that bothered me was that although it was a non-smoking room, it was an old building and there was a bit of a cigarette smell permeating the room.
I would like to use this hotel again.

Staff Ryo san is very friendly and helpful. He is very informative and I enjoy chatting with him. Our room comes with a toilet as shown. An option for a private bath is available costing 500 yen for 30min. I approached Ryo san and book my timing (first come first serve) only after I checked in. My one night stay comes with a simple breakfast the next morning. The homely meal is rice with egg omelette and some other dishes. Roughly a 15min walk to Kofu train station.

Perhaps because it's near a sports park, it felt just like a dormitory for college students on a training camp. The room itself was spacious and clean, but the common areas were dirty. Luckily, I was able to sleep peacefully last night, but as an old man, I don't think I'll ever use it again.
