Very Good
YYeow AnnI stayed for 2 nights in early Jan 2025. The hotel was conveniently located at about 15 minutes walk from Oita station, and close to many shops, F&B outlets and also the castle ruins attraction.
On the ground floor, there is also a cafe/eatery with pleasant staff that served simple yet delightful breakfast, as well as a Lawson convenience shop.
The room was typical Japanese room, clean and decent. There was no form of cleaning provided, including any change of towels, for my room.
SSbuniuniuAfter all, it's a business hotel, so the rooms aren't very large, but they have all the amenities you'd expect from a hotel, including a microwave in the lobby, which you can use for free. Of course, the biggest advantage of chain business hotels is their convenient transportation. They're generally very close to JR stations, making travel incredibly convenient. Overall, it's a good choice. I don't have a specific room size requirement, but I'd choose one with ease if it's convenient.
AAnonymous UserThere are many foreign staff members, but we didn't have any particular problems dealing with them.
There is a height limit in the multi-story parking garage, so the type of car you can use may be limited. If you have a small, maneuverable car, you may not be able to fit it in because cars these days are so tall.
It takes time to get your car out of the garage in the morning, so we recommend going early.
GGuest UserI booked a high price because there were no rooms available, but when I got there, there were still rooms available and they were cheaper. It was absurd.
GGuest UserIt's conveniently located in front of the station, and the front desk staff were friendly and I was able to use it comfortably. However, it's a little old and there is no large public bath, which was disappointing.
GGuest UserAlthough it's an older facility, I was happy that it had a large public bath. It was definitely Beppu. However, I was surprised that the toilet in the room didn't have a bidet function, which is quite unusual these days.
GGuest UserClose to the station, I was able to spend a relaxing time in a calm room.
The breakfast buffet was very delicious.
Especially, the toriten and miso soup are really delicious.
Thank you.
I would like to make a reservation again.
