"The room was fantastic! Our triple room on the 17th floor offered stunning mountain and water views when opening the window, creating a very tranquil setting. The rooftop boasts both open-air and indoor hot springs โจ๏ธ, available for unlimited free use with your room key card. The water temperature was perfect, and soaking in the springs, sipping tea, and watching the sunset was pure bliss! The buffet breakfast was quite generous. The room was notably spacious, especially for Japan. Complimentary amenities such as toothbrushes, combs, and cotton pads are available for pick-up at the front desk. Rooms receive a light daily service (replacing amenities, emptying trash, but not changing linens), with a full cleaning every two days. "The hotel has a parking but can only fit in small cars. There's another parking about 5 minutes away. It was a bit disappointing that the toilet was not cleaned with stains. The good thing is they provide amenities. There are many restaurants nearby."

"The location is fantastic, right next to the JR station and the bus terminal. I've stayed at this hotel chain before in Hokkaido, and they consistently offer complimentary late-night noodles from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM. The hotel also has its own hot spring on the top floor and even provides various flavored ice creams, which the kids absolutely loved. The room was quite spacious with a great wet/dry bathroom separation. Highly recommend!"

"This is the best hotel I have been visit. I visit Japan 4-6 times a year, which different venue accommodation have been stayed. The price performance ratio is brilliant, and the parking is very decent as well."

Convenient Stores are next door, breakfast were good.
No smoking area and it needs to be a few hundred metres walk to was a bit frustate for those who need.
If room needed to be cleaned, you need to put the sign in front of your door. Clean and change towel isn't default - they mentioned this as norm in japan but other seems not to be.
I arrived the hotel a little late the parking lot at the hotel were full needs to go up to the front desk and get the map and it's like 5 mins walk from the hotel is a little struggling.
The other day tho I got the parking at hotel makes it much more convenient. You might wanna arrive a little early especially on the first night."

"This hotel is a bit far from JR Oita Station, and it can be tiring to walk back and forth if you're using it as a transfer point between Beppu and Yufuin.
It's an older hotel that's been renovated, but the furniture is still old, and the bedding comfort is just average; the duvet was too thick. The room size is quite large for Japan. We specifically booked a room with a sofa bed for our child, but it was small and hard, and our child refused to sleep on it after an hour.
There's a large 24-hour supermarket near the hotel with good prices, which is convenient for buying daily necessities. Across the street is a school, and the Nikko Hotel is not far next door. Oita Art Museum and the pedestrian street are within walking distance."

"From Fugang-๏ผ Kumamoto-๏ผ Asu Volcano-๏ผ Youfuyuan-๏ผ Because the Beppu Hotel is low cost and then chooses to drive 20 minutes to Dafen. I was afraid of trying and wrong. After all, I got 2 reviews, but I was surprised after the stay. The mini bar has wine and electric beds. Hot spring, large room, high cost performance, suitable for couples to travel by car."

Really loved this hotel.Free coffee latte or some kind of chocolate drink.Rooms so cozy with the right lights.Heated toilet seat and great shower.From 2 pm you can get one free glass of wine or sake.Toothbrush and razor provided.Free water in the lobby.2nd 6th and 10th floor had all laundry machines but didn't use them.Minutes away from Oita train station.Friendly and helpful staff...
Only heating was a bit hard to use.Kept heating whatever temperature you put it.But the warm duvet kept you perfectly warm....would recommend ๐

This was a nice hotel in a very good location. There are lots of restaurants and places to drink nearby. The hotel itself was very clean but it didn't have an internal smoking area, although there were plenty of smoking areas outside the hotel. The room was a small one but there are very comfortable beds.

Rooms are compact yet well-kept, with comfortable beds and everything needed for a pleasant stay. Cleanliness is consistently good, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and restful. The staff are polite and attentive, making the experience smooth and stress-free.
Its convenient location near Oita Station is another reason I returned, with easy access to restaurants and convenience stores. Breakfast is simple but satisfying, offering a good start to the day.
Overall: A dependable hotel I would happily return to againโgreat value for money, excellent onsen facilities, and a practical location for both business and leisure stays.

After all, it's a business hotel, so the rooms aren't very large, but they have all the amenities you'd expect from a hotel, including a microwave in the lobby, which you can use for free. Of course, the biggest advantage of chain business hotels is their convenient transportation. They're generally very close to JR stations, making travel incredibly convenient. Overall, it's a good choice. I don't have a specific room size requirement, but I'd choose one with ease if it's convenient.

HueswStrategic location, the hotel is about 700-800m from the train station. In Japan itโs known to have a small bed for hotel, but itโs a pleasant surprise to note the bed is bigger than the โnormโ. Very comfortable. In the winter/cold temperature, the centralise airconds were all โsetโ to heater. When we made a โcomplainโ on the stuff/warm room, they are kind to offer a stand fan to put in our room. A big thumb ups for the buffet, a good spread, clean and delicious.

chromastarlightLocated just a block or two from JR Oita Station (and mall), it is also adjacent to a large Shลtengai (covered street shopping district), it is surrounded by walkable dining and shopping and is an excellent starting point for deeper explorations of Oita, or even a short day trip up to Beppu by rail, about 20 minutes away, though you don't need to go anywhere to relax features a ground floor onsen as well! The front desk was extremely helpful throughout my stay, and making the usual arrangements was easy. The location is quiet at night but feels connected to the pulse of the city.

There are many foreign staff members, but we didn't have any particular problems dealing with them.
There is a height limit in the multi-story parking garage, so the type of car you can use may be limited. If you have a small, maneuverable car, you may not be able to fit it in because cars these days are so tall.
It takes time to get your car out of the garage in the morning, so we recommend going early.
