"One downside is a place to eat all the advantages Pros 1. The staff are friendly. 2. The price is cheap but you also have a good breakfast. 3. Rooms are clean overall. 4. Rooms with PC are good. (i5 13th generation, 5060ti) Cons:  Wooper vibration/singing that rings until 2 a.m., 6th floor toilet noise The downside is too bad. When you lie on the bed, you can feel the ooper vibration in the ears, and you can hear the songs occasionally. I don't know if it's because of the music live cafe downstairs ＜＜ here or the karaoke rooms below, but if you're going to do a hotel business, it's better to buy the lower floors.
