GGuest UserOverall it was a great experience, the location was gold, very walkable and close to lots of cute cafes, restaurants and Avenida Chapultepec. The bed was really comfortable and the shower pressure was great. I loved that they had a sauna and pool, but the pool was a bit dirty one of the days I was there (though the day prior to that it was clean). The staff was incredibly helpful and the food was ok, thought a bit pricey. The ac worked wonderfully.
I could see myself returning!

GGuest UserFood at the hotel wasn't very good but it was cheap hotel was in a relatively good location but the rooms didn't look like the pictures. There's a lot of junk on the same floor as the swimming pool. The curtains could use a good cleaning the room doesn't look sparkly. I like the colonial architecture and the location but I would not stay there again I would stay someplace a little nicer. My room was also pretty small.

AAhgusVery great people and service, location is convenient and temperature is good.
Although there is a curfew, you can call them to wake them up between midnight and 07:30 if you want to go out or go back in.
Room is near a garden and close to nature, if you like that this is a great place but if you prefer less noise and more privacy ask for a room further away.

JJIELINThe hotel is really beautiful! Even the local customers of our appointment said that he had seen the most renovated hotel in the local area! The room and bathroom are large enough, very stylish, and the toiletries (except the toothbrush) are fully prepared. The hotel’s breakfast is rich and fresh fruit is found every day. The restaurant's dinner is also very good, the price is very high, and the restaurant is facing the garden, with the good weather in Mexico, very beautiful. All the staff are very friendly, we feel very recommended for 7 days! !

I loved the view and the panorama windows. :) Coffee machine in the room and delicious complimentary coffee made my morning start in a good mood. It's on a busy street so cars are passing during the day with a bit of sound, but it didnt bother me much. Staff was very helpful and responsive. 10/10

The only drawback was the kitchen utensils (suites), initially they were not there, and when they were requested they did not arrive exactly the ones that had been requested, the clarification was made and they never took the rest.

WWuxiaXia WuNot bad. I booked a room with a terrace. The terrace faces the Plaza de Armas and has a beautiful view. The breakfast buffet is also rich. The hotel is only next to the cathedral. The church will ring a bell every hour to tell the time. If you have a light sleep quality, it may be affected. The hotel does not proactively provide toiletries, slippers, etc. You may need to ask for them separately from the front desk.
