GGuest UserFood at the hotel wasn't very good but it was cheap hotel was in a relatively good location but the rooms didn't look like the pictures. There's a lot of junk on the same floor as the swimming pool. The curtains could use a good cleaning the room doesn't look sparkly. I like the colonial architecture and the location but I would not stay there again I would stay someplace a little nicer. My room was also pretty small.

AAhgusVery great people and service, location is convenient and temperature is good.
Although there is a curfew, you can call them to wake them up between midnight and 07:30 if you want to go out or go back in.
Room is near a garden and close to nature, if you like that this is a great place but if you prefer less noise and more privacy ask for a room further away.

AAnonymous UserRather than a hotel, it feels like sleeping in a cathedral, and the objects everywhere give a lot of Catholic feeling. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was a ray of light for me who couldn't understand Mexican broadcasting because there was a smart TV. The location is also a lot of hotels, and the price includes breakfast was very satisfactory. However, I don't know if I couldn't find it or not, but there was no refrigerator,, really,, the water was also on the table,, I think it may be uncomfortable if I stay for a long time, but it's not very good for me who stayed for two days It wasn't uncomfortable. The staff were friendly and nice. I am willing to stay again on my next visit. I recommend it!

GGuest UserThis is the second time I've booked. I really like the location. The cleanliness is very good. The parking could be improved, but it's understandable that it's not as accessible due to the small property. And like everything, there are minor aspects that could be improved, nothing that would detract from the comfort of the stay.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very good right in the middle of the city center.
The entrance is very small and somewhat dark, but the corridor of each floor is very bright.
The room is a medium size, but not that clean.
I faced a serious problem.
I could not open the safe in my room. I asked for help at the reception, but the person in charge of the safe had a day-off, and would not come to the hotel on the day and the next because they fell on weekend.
I was fortunate enough to stay there for two nights. The person in charge came to my room on the morning of my departure.
This is a typical budget-price hotel.
I could not have moved at all if I had stayed there only for one night because I put my passport and much cash in the safe.

GGuest UserNo problems with the reservation and the treatment of the staff, all areas clean. The only drawback was the kitchen utensils (suites), initially they were not there, and when they were requested they did not arrive exactly the ones that had been requested, the clarification was made and they never took the rest.

MMelaniThe location is really good, plenty of food and drink options in walking distance. I liked the area! But the hostel could be definitely cleaner, especially the common space. The private room was ok-ish, but in the garden area and common space impossible to stay, full of cat food and smelly old stuff. Breakfast is a joke but didn’t expect much. There is a very nice breakfast place nearby!
