Very good location near Pinthong Industrial Estate. There is a restaurant in the hotel, including a Japanese restaurant nearby that you can walk to eat. There is also an electric car charger. The room does not have an elevator because it is only 2 floors. There are complete amenities such as a hot water kettle, hair dryer, refrigerator, etc. The air conditioner is good, cool, clean, and the room is clean. Good breakfast, fresh coffee, sufficient parking space. There is a swimming pool at the hotel. Note: There is only 1 pillow per bed and the pillow is quite hard.

Facilities: Complete, the hotel has a swimming pool. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Although the facilities in the room are not high-end, the hygiene is in place. Environment: The overall environment is quite quiet. Service: In place, satisfactory. There is no light for smoking, and the front desk directly provides candles.

The owner was very kind and easy to communicate with. The house was fully equipped with everything you could need: plates, bowls, spoons, forks, glasses, a microwave, oven, rice cooker, tissues, etc. The high ceilings in the living room made it feel very spacious and not at all stuffy. The air conditioning was perfectly cool, the TV was large, and there were plenty of power outlets. All the bathrooms were good too. My only minor issue was with the cleanliness. I'm personally very meticulous, so I felt the floors were still a bit dusty, and I found a tiny cockroach on the bedsheet, so I really have to deduct points for cleanliness. You can park about 2-3 cars inside the house and another 3-4 outside. There's a 7-Eleven and CJ store less than 5 minutes (by car) away, and a small market nearby as well, so you definitely won't go hungry. Overall, everything else was great. Very good, everything is quiet and tidy (the only downside is that the TV can't be watched, it needs to be improved) and the screen is very small. I didn't watch TV for 3 nights. This is constructive criticism. I will definitely go back to stay again.
