Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Although the facilities in the room are not high-end, the hygiene is in place.
Environment: The overall environment is quite quiet.
Service: In place, satisfactory. There is no light for smoking, and the front desk directly provides candles.

GGuest UserThe owner was very kind and easy to communicate with. The house was fully equipped with everything you could need: plates, bowls, spoons, forks, glasses, a microwave, oven, rice cooker, tissues, etc. The high ceilings in the living room made it feel very spacious and not at all stuffy. The air conditioning was perfectly cool, the TV was large, and there were plenty of power outlets. All the bathrooms were good too. My only minor issue was with the cleanliness. I'm personally very meticulous, so I felt the floors were still a bit dusty, and I found a tiny cockroach on the bedsheet, so I really have to deduct points for cleanliness. You can park about 2-3 cars inside the house and another 3-4 outside. There's a 7-Eleven and CJ store less than 5 minutes (by car) away, and a small market nearby as well, so you definitely won't go hungry. Overall, everything else was great. Thank you to the owner for letting us stay!

The hotel is a bit far from the subway and traffic, about 10 minutes to 15 minutes

GGuest UserStayed and very impressed, the room is clean, the bed is very soft, well maintained, comfortable bed, good location, convenient transportation and reasonable price. Worth what you get
The most impressive thing is the attention of the hotel. We forgot the things after check-out. The hotel helped to check and deliver it back. I can feel that I take good care of customers.

TTierVery good, everything is quiet and tidy (the only downside is that the TV can't be watched, it needs to be improved) and the screen is very small. I didn't watch TV for 3 nights. This is constructive criticism. I will definitely go back to stay again.
