"The hotel is located right on Sukhumvit road, in between Sri Racha and Laem Chabung, so the location is perfect for people coming to both areas. The room is very well decorated, even though the A/C was a bit poor, not cold enough somehow. The facility is good with pool, onsen, gym, and breaksfast. Even though, I think the breakfast is just ok, but this is still acceptable. Overall, the place is amazing."

The room facilities are quite good, and the breakfast offers a variety of options (the buffet wasn't available because I stayed on a weekday), but it was still delicious. "Starting with check-in, everything went smoothly. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and ready to help every step of the way. The first thing I must mention is the walk from the lobby to the elevator. It's a short flight of stairs, so carrying your luggage isn't too difficult. However, the hallway from there to the room is a bit hot, as if there's no air conditioning like in the lobby. When I entered the room, there was a slight musty smell, but after leaving the air conditioning on for a while, it was fine. There are two air conditioners, and it took a while to cool the entire room. Unfortunately, they didn't face the bed, so I didn't feel the wind. Some people prefer a breeze, but it depends on their preference. The room was clean and well-equipped. There were plates, bowls, spoons, and a sink. The refrigerator had free water, but everything else was available for an additional fee. The hallway noise was quite loud, but I could hear it clearly if someone walked by. The hotel has a gym and swimming pool, open until 8:00 PM. I personally felt it closed a bit early, especially if you want to work out in the evening. The bathroom has a bathtub, which is a highlight. However, if you book a room with a pool view, don't expect too much, as the room only has a partial view of the pool. For a clearer view, you have to go out onto the balcony, where you'll find the air conditioning coils blowing directly into the room. The location is quite far from tourist attractions, and it takes a while to get there, but considering the price, it's worth it. There is a 7-Eleven and a small milk tea shop near the hotel, which is quite convenient. Although the shops around here close a bit early, and at night, you can call a Grab, but you have to wait a bit because it is quite far away."

"The room has some wet smell which very smelly from the air condition. The room is very pricey so it should meet with the guest expectations like the amenities is very normal even the slipper not complimentary to take home. Only Good part is many activities for kids, however don’t forget to bring the harborland sock because even the parents want to wait at the sofa inside you need to buy the sock. This is very ridiculous. I totally understand the sock rule but since parent is gonna stay at the sofa area inside which just right infront of the gate, you need to wear harborland socks. It is not making any sense. The waiting area outside the chair only equipped for kids 3-5 yrs only! Adult can‘t sit . Please condisider the make sense rule! for socks."

"Very good location near Pinthong Industrial Estate. There is a restaurant in the hotel, including a Japanese restaurant nearby that you can walk to eat. There is also an electric car charger. The room does not have an elevator because it is only 2 floors. There are complete amenities such as a hot water kettle, hair dryer, refrigerator, etc. The air conditioner is good, cool, clean, and the room is clean. Good breakfast, fresh coffee, sufficient parking space. There is a swimming pool at the hotel. Note: There is only 1 pillow per bed and the pillow is quite hard."
