3-Star Hotels in Kas

Hotel location is very good, on the edge of the OTOGAR of KAS town, about 100 to 200 meters away, the town is not big, it is very convenient to go anywhere. There are convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. around is very prosperous. The hotel is a small white building, on the slope, its first floor is underground, so when booking, it is necessary to emphasize the room above the second floor. The breakfast is good, on the top floor, the scenery is excellent, you can enjoy the view while eating. The room size is small and the facilities are a bit poor.

This is what a real hotel should be. The owners are very welcoming people, they can speak some English and they are always ready to help you with everything. The structure is very modern and very clean and you can feel the attention for details. Rooms are big and comfortable, they come with a terrace too, the bathroom is also big and the shower comes with a huge quantity of hot water. Breakfast is delicious and there is a swimming pool outside. Location is only 15 mins driving from Xanthos and Letoon. The price is reasonable, but except from many other places you go in Turkey you have the quality. Hope it will be the same in the future and that they won’t increase the price too much as it normally happens for such places, so that we might have the chance to come back again. 😊I personally highly recommend it!

Despite arriving late on the first night of Bayram we received a very warm and friendly welcome. Our every need was anticipated and thst seems to be thd theme of this hotel - they seem to have thought of everything. We had a lovely large room which was modern and fresh with beautiful fixtures and fittings. The bed was so comfortable and we had a big fluffy duvet. The bathroom was very large and well designed. It was spotlessly clean. In the morning the breakfast was absolutely super, presented beautifully and everything of the best quality. It was stunning. The atmosphere was calm and friendly. The whole stay was absolutely top notch and we had no criticisms at all. We will definitely come back!

A really nice and peaceful place to stay if you want to avoid crowds and enjoy the silence of nature. We stayed here for 3 nights and it was a blast. There is a nice beach down the hill, about a 15–20 minute walk away, but if you have a car you can get there much more easily. The water is nice and clean, and there weren’t many people at the beach any time we went. Besides, if you like snorkelling, you can definitely enjoy it there. We saw some crabs, colourful fishes, and even a lionfish (be careful with that!). Breakfast is nice, tasty, and nourishing. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come here again one day! Thanks again!

The reception was cold and unhelpful upon check-in, and no one offered to help with our luggage. The parking lot was in terrible condition, so we couldn't drag our luggage around; otherwise, the wheels would get damaged or the suitcases would gather dust. We had to carry our luggage to our room's building ourselves. Breakfast was very simple. We booked two identical rooms, but we received slightly different ones. One of them was not good; it had no window.

They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, always available to assist with any requests and providing excellent recommendations for local activities and dining. Overall, my stay at Luna KAS was exceptional, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I can’t wait to return!

Location: 💯 Service: 💯 Room: 💯 Cleanliness: 💯 Right in the heart of the small town, very accessible and easy to find. The cleanliness, hospitality and service is impeccable. Complimentary fruit platter was delivered to our room to our surprise. They also proactively asked for our check in timing and help us with our luggage from car drop off area which we highly appreciate. There were also breakfast in the morning with decent selection. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and definitely will stay this place if we ever visit again🌟

A very beautiful hotel. It's located far from the city center, but there's a free boat service from the hotel that takes you to Kalkan center and back. The last boat is at 6:30 PM. It's an 8-minute drive to the center, or a 40-minute walk uphill 😅 We would gladly return again.

We visited Novva Hotels Kas as a family of 4, two adults and two kids below 12 years. The location was great, at the Peninsula area, 5 minutes ride by car from Kas city center. Nice property well maintained with tropical flowers and olive trees. We had booked a suite with a private pool. At check-in we were told kids below 12 years were not allowed the private beach, also not allowed to visit the a la carte resaturant, so we ordered room service first day at arrival. As we were planning a boat tour the next day and would visit many nice beaches this was not much of an issue for us. The next morning we went to the breakfast area at the property, the breakfast was horrible, not much choice and worse the place was full of flies, so we only took a tea and left the place as quicky as possible. Some others were complaining to the staff but they seemed not to care. It’s a pity, because the location and property is really nice but operationally not managed well and understaffed. I would not visit this property again but instead I would look for another place to stay still at the Peninsula area.

There are a lot of hotels on the peninsula. It may be due to the off-season in winter that many hotels are not open. This Peninsula Hotel is very good, with a good environment and a good view from the room. It has two small swimming pools. It will be very good for summer vacation👍. The room is a little smaller, but it's okay. There is a small terrace where you can enjoy the sea view and take pictures😄 Thank you very much to the guy at the front desk (unfortunately, I didn't take a picture of him, he is slightly fat, dark, and has a round face). In the evening and In the morning, he helped us charge the rented tram, and connected a long power ***** from the front desk. If we didn't recharge the electricity, we would probably be exhausted, and it wouldn't be enough to drive from Kas to Antalya. The hotel breakfast is also very good. It is not a buffet but is arranged according to the number of people. All in all, I feel very beautiful and happy on this island😀 Thank you🙏
