3-Star Hotels in Lee County

Spotlessly clean, the kitchenette was well-equipped and perfect for preparing food. I paid $300 for the night because there was an event in the area, but I don't think most people would think it's worth that price. Meaning there is nothing fancy or upscale about it, but it's clean, well-maintained, well-managed, and has good amenities. Absolutely recommend if you need to stay in the area and need a clean place to stay with a comfortable room and bed.

The hotel was clean,very nice rooms&nice pool area.The staff was very nice&friendly.the only thing that was disappointing was that most of our stay,which was 9 nights,the bar/restaurant was not open.that was the main reason I booked at this hotel,very disappointed it wasn’t open all the time

I did not get the room I booked (king suite with sofa bed). There wasn’t much privacy as we were placed above the lobby, any time shades were open for sunlight everyone arriving can peer in. When we arrived, our room was 50 degrees and our baby was freezing we had to co sleep for the first time ever (and hopefully last) to keep her warm. It took almost 24 hrs for heat to kick in. Their excuse was it’s never cold in Florida but that’s not true, I have lived in Florida before and I always kept a space heater for those less common but expected cold nights in the winter. I paid over $500 a night for this.

We passed by on a self-driving trip and only stayed one night. The hotel's facilities, hygiene and environment are all good, as long as the front desk is not satisfied. We arrived late, around 8pm. We booked two rooms with two names. The gentleman at the front desk said the order was for one room. Go over there and contact your agent. Talk to him in a polite tone. Very uncomfortable. Although the problem was later solved and it was a misunderstanding, we were still not happy. During this trip, we booked more than a dozen hotels in the same way, and only this one had this problem.

The hotel is very clean, the staff are all very helpful and friendly. The location is only 10 minutes from the beach and very close to Walmart or Aldi if you need something fast yet. The room, bed and bathroom were fresh and clean. Breakfast is included in the price and very rich. Every day there was fresh fruit extra here apples or bananas to take. The choice of breakfast is enough of pancakes, bagels, muffins, biscuits and sausage gravey, eggs either omelets, scrambled or boiled, fresh chinamon rolls, yoghurt, just enough. My conclusion to this hotel: I am glad to have found it and I'm glad to come back.

Very nice hotel! Rooms are very spacious and accommodating! Stove top and dishwasher so no need to eat out if you don't want to. Its conveniently located smack dab right in the middle of so many major shops and stores! Close to downtown Ft. Myers, makes it an awesome getaway!

The room and facilities were very nice and updated. The pool DJ on Tuesday and Wednesday was very fun. The pool games are really fun and a nice bonus along with the free beach games that were available. Drinks weren’t crazy pricey ($14-$15). Amazing view and noise cancellation of patio door was great. Cons: the food was average and there’s “rule” against brining your own food and drinks to the beach (although not enforced). Our room was never cleaned. You can hear everything inside the hotel from inside your room. There’s no microwave available to guests anywhere on the premises.

Tween Waters is a very nice place to stay. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.The view from our balcony was spectacular. They have several restaurants on the property with a wide assortment of choices. They were always packed, so I recommend making reservations ahead of time. The foor was good, not great but their drinks were exceptional. The service was OK, a little slow, but the servers were friendly. The beach was across the street and we got many pictures of beautiful sunsets. They have a 2 hour conplimentary use of some kayaks. You need to sign up for them at the little blue shack at the marina. The kayaks need a lot of TLC. I guess that is what to expect from sometning that is free. The pools were beautiful and clean. So were the hot tubs.

Nice cute place. If you want there are kayaks to use. I didn't go. Owners were not always on site when I looked for them. Nice pool area.  The only issue is whatever cleaning products some places use is horrible. Maybe it's just me but I wanted my window open and could not open it. I was thinking because one latch was broken but when I went to ask she didn't know and so I Ms have someone check it later. Well later never came and when I asked someone else they just said they didn't know. She could come look at it but it doesn't really pay to. So no one knew off the windows actually opened or not. Not a huge deal but would have been nice to now. Continental breakfast in the morning. Close to beach. Would stay again. And Bayside tavern is right next door with awesome food and nice people.

We had a great stay at the Lighthouse Resort in Fort Myers Beach. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and everything we wanted to do. The pool was definitely our kids’ favorite part of the trip, and they spent hours enjoying it. A special shout-out to the bartender at the pool, who was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms could definitely use some updating, but honestly, we didn’t come to Fort Myers Beach to sit in the room. We were there to enjoy the beach, the pool, and the beautiful location, and the resort delivered on all of those. We’d happily stay here again.
