The room is large in size, with balcony, suite, kitchen, complete facilities and very convenient. The front desk service is very good, the parking lot is big enough and free, and the sound insulation is a bit poor.

The hotel was extremely nice And very clean. We had a queen suite and it was very spacious with a separate bedroom, kitchen and living room area. The bed was very comfortable . We were able to sign into the Netflix app on the tv which was convenient. The shower head was solid with lots of water pressure. The area was nice and quiet. I would definitely book this hotel in the future when visiting the Utica area again. Downtown Utica is about 10 minutes away while downtown New Hartford is about 2-3 miles away which gives you access to many restaurants choices.
