The room is small but nice. The cottage is so beautiful. Looking at the lake view from the balcony, the sunset is beautiful. See photos. first rate service.

While this was a very nice hotel, and the staff were very friendly, the cleaning service needs to step up their game. There were 2 coffee mugs in the room as expected, but one was filthy with stuck on brown gunk in the mug. However, we didn't use either mug since there was only one regular coffee pack (instead of 2). But the worst offender was the underwear left in the room from the previous occupant. Under the window, next to the couch. Kinda hidden, if casually looking in the room, but totally visible to someone that should have been cleaning the room.

Warmly greeted upon arrival and check in. Comfortable beds and convenient location. Breakfast foods available in the morning was a nice perk.

This is a wonderful location for us. We stay here when we come down to see our grandchildren. There are lots of places to take them for entertainment, eating and shopping. We can pop popcorn and watch a movie in the room or swim indoors no mater what the weather. The staff are always so patient and helpful. This last visit they had a new waffle maker. It allows you to make one to four small round waffles. This worked really we for me and the batter is fantastic. This is our home away from home.

I still haven’t got my $50 deposit back I don’t know why

I like the location very much because it is close to Westfield shopping mall and a big water park, which is really convenient for me to commute.

We absolutely loved our time here. Perfect location, loved the restaurant in the hotel. Gym was great as well as the sauna!

The service here was great as always. They made us feel welcome and comfortable. Staff kept the place very clean and location was perfect for some holiday shopping.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Pepper Tree Inn. We could look at our window and see Lake Tahoe 🤩 The location was perfect, the room was very comfortable. It was just right for us..
