Great
11851108****The room is clean and comfortable, the facilities are relatively new, the surrounding environment is also very quiet, the location is very good to find.
The front desk service is very good, there is a small bar and buffet breakfast, very appetizing.
GGuest UserIt was a very nice experience. Staff was very friendly. The woman at front desk had a great smile and attitude, very accommodating. The room & bathroom looked nice and clean. To my surprise they have some nice shower gel and shampoo. I brought my own but it’s nice to know you will have backup :) the breakfast was good too. I will be coming back a lot. Thanks for creating a lovely environment.
MM589451****As an inn in an American town, I didn't expect much, compared several chain hotels around, and finally chose it.
The location is not far from sequino park, the transportation is convenient, the hotel is at the end of the road, far from the main road, very quiet.
Hygienic: very clean and tidy, the bed and bathroom are fine.
Service: The front desk brother is good, providing useful information and service to ihg members.
Facilities: There is a gym and general equipment is available. However, the air conditioning in the house is noisy, and the breakfast is normal American standards, which cannot be compared with domestic ones.
GGuest UserA budget hotel in the city close to the south gate of Sequoia. The decoration is quite new, with a refrigerator, microwave and so on. But the parking fee is 12? ? Fortunately, I told the front desk that I didn't see the reminder and it was waived. I really don't remember mentioning the fee when booking. .
JJohnny B GoodThis Best Western is located right near the main road. All of the rooms are facing the main road, so there is constantly a loud noise of cars passing, all night. Some of the cars and trucks are very loud. The hotel only has 2 floors, ground floor and upstairs. They put us in a ground floor room, lots of noise of people walking outside, somebody knocked on our door at midnight (we didn't answer) and there were people standing outside our room talking for a long time late at night. The car park is right outside the room, anyone can go to the car park or rooms at anytime, since it is basically on the main road, so we were somewhat concerned about security.
The front desk service was friendly. And the beds are decently comfortable.
The drive from Best Western to the main trees at Sequoia National Park is around 1.5 hours, with very twirly roads in the Park.
GGuest UserRoom was clean, breakfast was easily accessible and plenty there and ice close to the room. The only missing item was USB charge port in the room - there was none and the front desk did not have an adapter available. I slept well and it was a good experience.
Mm00bb014Very good, it is very good in this price range! (only for comparison with the same price) Please note that the bathroom has poor sound insulation. I took a shower upstairs for an hour at 3 am, and the noise from the bathroom was like thunder... If you stay, be sure to request the top floor for convenience in case of an emergency
GGuest UserLocation is amazing, super secluded and away from everything. The stars at night are incredible. Staff were lovely and it has a homely vibe.
