The hotel's toiletries were of poor quality; the shampoo didn't lather and didn't clean properly, and the conditioner still caused tangles. Also, perhaps because it was a holiday, there were no seats available for breakfast! I had to search for quite a while before finding one. The hotel does have a mountain view, which is a plus.
