MM253769****Full marks, excellent review! The service was incredibly warm. As soon as we arrived at the entrance, someone came to greet us and help with our luggage. Any request we had was promptly addressed, and the arrangements were very thoughtful. When it started raining while we were playing on the lawn, someone immediately came with an umbrella to pick us up. Breakfast was so plentiful, I couldn't even finish it all 😝. There were various vegetables in the garden, and it was so delicious to eat what we picked ourselves. Every photo we took turned out amazing; the scenery is incredibly beautiful and so therapeutic. Our whole family was very satisfied. A special thank you to all the staff; this was a truly wonderful trip.

The environment and sanitation of the homestay are very good and the stay is very comfortable.
The butlers are very enthusiastic, and they take the initiative to help with the luggage as soon as they arrive. The service is very intimate. I also patiently introduced us to the surrounding play and food, helped plan the route, very worry-free, highly recommended!

The hotel has a total of 22 rooms, each of which has a unique landscape, various rough lines with open design, seamlessly connecting the original a**osphere! There are many room types, including Wanshou with a hot spring pool and a secret realm with a bathtub. This time I stayed in the hot spring room facing the lake!
Welcome fruit, exquisite afternoon tea, buffet breakfast, and the first round of free drinks in the mini bar are all standard!
The restaurant uses its own ingredients and focuses on freshness!
Here you can shoot arrows, fish, walk a well-behaved pony, watch outdoor movies, indoor and outdoor golf, and casual board games. After a while, you can pick and eat fruits all over the mountain. The holiday a**osphere is original and unrestrained, but the service and details are thoughtful! The goose is wild while upgrading its life experience. Do you want to try it!

First of all, the location is deep in the mountains and the surrounding environment is quiet, which is very suitable for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, experience the tranquility of nature and absorb plenty of negative ions.
The room we stayed in was like a single-family house and was very private. My favorite is the hot spring pool in the room, which faces the small lake outdoors. It feels very comfortable to enjoy the lake view while taking a bath. This experience is really unforgettable.
The homestay has arranged a variety of activities, such as the marshmallow DIY activity that children love very much, so that children can have a lot of fun; adults can participate in the incense tasting activity and feel the fragrance heal the body and mind. In addition, children especially like to play chess and read books in the public space of the lobby, so family members can find their own relaxing time.
The breakfast is very rich, with a variety of choices to meet different needs. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic. Not only do they provide attentive service, they also proactively remind guests of activity times and various accommodation details in the group, which makes people feel very considerate.
The only minor flaw is that the walls and facilities inside the room are a bit old. It is recommended that the B&B be regularly renovated and maintained in the future so that the overall look and feel will be better.

GGuest User不太愉快的一次入住。原本辦理入住時有位小姐姐很有禮貌的幫忙提行李，第一印象是不錯，但後面入住後，發生了三件不愉快的事情。第一件：我們兩個房間各包含一個平安香鍋，攜程是7選1（包括雞鴨鵝可以選），但店家提供的菜單三選一，然後被告知其中兩道沒有了衹有一道我不愛吃的五花肉，如需雞鴨鵝需要補差價，這不明擺着忽悠客户嗎，攜程是雞鴨鵝都可選。第二件：預約4點體驗騎馬，到了之後被告知有個人需要野騎40分鐘。我想問為什麼體驗的和野騎一起，需這樣耗掉我們時間，另外我們聽到旁人同樣預約4點，所以我們立馬排隊排在第一位，可工作人員讓排在第三位的人先騎，後被我們上去説理才沒騎，其實馴馬師的人不錯的，有可能是酒店前台交代了馴馬師優先讓這位客人。第三件：晚上11點了同樓層的一個房間小孩在不斷的大聲講話奔跑還有不斷類似移桌椅的聲音，我相隔幾個房間都能聽到，更何況我父母入住在他們樓下那個房間，被吵得無法入睡，向前台反饋後去提醒客人了。衹能説遇上了沒素質的家長和房間隔音不好，房間的面積也非常小，性價比不高。第二天8點多對面村子有人打煙花房間內也是很清楚。希望店家能及時和客人溝通處理事情，不要等到客人有情緒了甚至不會好評才來緊張。另外，有好幾個工作人員還是蠻熱情的，為她們點贊，而且景色方面看得出老闆花了很大心思，就是酒店的管理有欠缺。買門票進來走走還是挺舒服的，入住就最後，非常感謝攜程的高效率處理方式。

This time I stayed in the Guanshan Terrace Room. The balcony was directly facing the layer. The clouds were picturesque in the morning. In the afternoon, the sun was shining indoors through the shadow of the tree. Time seemed to slow down. It echoed the mountain atmosphere outside the window; the bedding was comfortable, and the bathing equipment was fresh and the fragrance of grass and trees. The details can be seen with care.
The dining experience was amazing. Breakfast can not only taste the authentic Hakka taste. There is also a master who makes hot soup powder on site. The ingredients are mostly taken from local. In the evening, you can have a drink in the terrace coffee bar.
The free sky garden provided by the hotel enriches the connotation of living. The staff is kind and attentive. The homemade tea presented when leaving the store makes this mountain memory continue with temperature and aroma.
