GGuest UserThe young lady at the front desk of the hotel really makes people feel very comfortable! When I checked in, I was very patient. I explained the details of the room facilities and surrounding traffic clearly. I spoke softly and smiled very kindly. In the middle, I temporarily had a small problem to call the front desk, she quickly helped me solve it, the attitude has been very good, no impatient at all. When I checked out, it was also very efficient, and I took the initiative to ask if there was anything left, especially intimate. There is such a front desk lady, I feel that the whole stay experience has improved, I must give a big praise!

I was really surprised when I arrived at the scene, because in such an environment: one big and one small, one old and one new, the impact of entering the eye is too strong. Everyone in the hotel said it, I will talk about my own ideas: The hotel is now vigorously promoting new intelligence. This is a trend, but for some intelligence with special needs, it cannot be provided. For example, after taking a shower this day, the room feels a bit cold. Call the smart to turn on the air conditioner. It is indeed turned on. It still feels cold. Move to 27 degrees (I don't know if this smart can understand) If you can debug it yourself, it will be fine, then you can hide in the quilt.

GGuest UserThe hotel is truly on the cloud, with fresh air, beautiful environment, and an excellent location for watching the sunrise and the sea of clouds. Due to road repairs on the way, we arrived at the hotel very late. The hotel staff waited patiently and not only upgraded our room, but also provided a delicious dinner. I was moved and grateful! The next morning, Manager Pu also took us to experience tea drinking in the teahouse, watch the caves, and introduced a lot of local history, culture and customs. A very good stay experience 🙏👍🌹

Stayed for two consecutive nights, the rooms were very clean and tidy, the sanitation was very good, the hot water in the bath was very stable, it was convenient and comfortable to use smoothly, and the whole room felt good.

GGuest UserGeya Wenhua Hotel is the top choice for your trip to Lincang! The lobby is elegantly luxurious, with a sophisticated yet warm brown-toned decor. Rooms over 40 square meters are spacious and bright, with excellent natural light and ventilation. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing is superb, making it surprisingly quiet despite being near a school. The bathroom is clean and tidy with a separate shower and toilet. A complimentary laundry room, gym, and outdoor swimming pool are all available. The robot service is incredibly thoughtful, and the rooms even offer complimentary Baishui Mountain liquor and drinks. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely stay here again next time!

AAnonymous UserFacilities: All sanitary ware is Kohler, and the hair dryer is Dyson. However, the toilet in this twin room is very strange, and your face will hit the wall when you stand up.
Hygiene: Very good, no dead corners found.
Environment: The window view of this room is a dilapidated house, and you can see the neighbors. The cafe on the first floor is very unique, and many young ladies come to take pictures.
Service: There are welcome fruits at the door, the cafe is open 24 hours a day, the staff is very enthusiastic, Wahaha mineral water is free to drink, and the house is complete with sanitary products, even wet toilet paper. You can choose to eat breakfast in the room or go to the restaurant, which seems to be more comfortable.

GGuest UserThe receptionist said he'd upgrade my room for free, but I wasn't (because I'd stayed at this hotel before). This experience was far worse than last time. There was constant singing downstairs, and the bed creaked incessantly; even lifting a leg made a racket, let alone turning over. It was impossible to sleep. And they lied to me about upgrading this room?
If they weren't going to upgrade, they wouldn't have bothered. But being lied to is unacceptable.
