"This stay exceeded my expectations, absolutely five stars! The hotel's location is perfect, not far from the high-speed train station, so there's no need to rush for your train – very convenient for transport. The surroundings are fantastic, right next to Yulong Lake. A evening stroll around the lake with a gentle breeze is incredibly therapeutic. You can also gaze at the panoramic view of Wacheng Fenghua, offering expansive and picturesque scenery. The rooms are clean and quiet, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the service is warm and attentive. It's suitable for both short trips and leisure travel. I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

Wake up by birdsong and flower fragrance in the morning, watching the sunset over the distant mountains in the evening, every flower in the hotel garden is seriously blooming warm bougainvillea, gentle Persian chrysanthemum, romantic morning ox flower, dyed the days into a gentle color.
The room was clean and bright, and the details were hidden; the smile of the staff was as warm as the sun, making people feel the relaxation of home in a strange city.
If you come to Wuyuan, be sure to come to Brook Garden Hotel for one night, let the wind of the mountains, the flowers bloom, heal all fatigue.

Whether it is understanding local characteristics, tea tasting, viewing, or participating in a special party experience, the whole family is very satisfied. The hotel scenery is great. The service is very warm and friendly and relaxing. The hotel facilities are clean, and the fly in the ointment is that you need to take the stairs to the guest room, which is a bit of a challenge for my 90-year-old.

GGuest UserThe location is OK, just beside the national highway, the room is well soundproofed, not noisy. The overall decoration of the hotel is modern, there are free fruit drinks at the front desk, and you can choose the breakfast for the next day when you check in, which is quite rich.
The room facilities are complete, and you can still see that the boss is very attentive, from shampoo to trash can, full of details, Kohler bathroom, Dyson hair dryer, King Koil mattress, it is so comfortable to sleep. By the way, the two-yuan roasted food downstairs is so delicious!

AAnonymous UserThe room was large and very clean, with relatively new facilities. However, the projector's network signal was poor; playback on any project was intermittent and unwatchable. The worst part was the bathroom. Although it had a separate shower and toilet area, the glass door to the shower was only half-open. When the showerhead was turned on, a large amount of water splashed directly into the toilet, completely soaking the floor and making it impossible to enter. Isn't this essentially the same as not separating the shower and toilet areas at all? I don't understand the purpose of this design.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is nestled in the tea mountains, perfect for a post-dinner stroll. It's very close to Qinglong Bridge, with a small path leading there.
The room was a good size, with a small balcony offering a view. It was clean and tidy, and the bedding was nice.
The front desk staff was very helpful. The Baidou tea at the Red Tea House was delicious, and the staff who made the tea were friendly and professional. The staff in the Chinese restaurant and breakfast area were also very helpful, and the Western chef there even made egg rolls, which was surprising.
We parked in the parking lot down the slope, with an elevator directly to the lobby.

However, as a newly opened hot spring hotel, I don't know if there is a problem with the design or decoration. The hot water and cold water are very small, and even they will stop. It takes a long time to fill a pool. The water in the shower room is also small and the sink is waterless. We went to the spring to see, the water was as big as a fountain, all of them flowed, I feel that the hotel's water volume is really sorry for the white flow of the spring. Hope to improve, see you in winter.
