XXiaoxiaolingdangThe guesthouse is easily accessible right off the Xiapu exit of the G15 Shenhai Expressway, making it incredibly convenient for self-driving tours to attractions such as Mount Taimu, Donghai No. 1 Highway, and Dongbi Village. Located on the outskirts of Xiapu, it offers a peaceful retreat that's still very convenient. The building itself has a distinctive design, and the rooms are warmly and invitingly decorated. While the amenities might not be five-star standard, the service is truly exceptional. The young couple who run the place are fantastic; their recommended travel routes were all excellent. We followed their suggestions for our three-day self-driving trip, completely changing our original plans, and it turned out to be a fantastic decision. The Luohan Creek rafting, in particular, was an absolute unexpected highlight! The individually served breakfast was also quite good. This is hands down the best guesthouse I've ever stayed at. I highly recommend it!

Coco girl at the front desk gave me a warm welcome. She confirmed the quantity of toothbrushes, razors, slippers and other supplies, and also provided breakfast. As soon as I arrived in the room, the housekeeping delivered the needed things. It was really a surprise.
1. The hotel has a very good location. It is adjacent to Dongbaicheng, the largest mall in Fu'an. It can be directly connected to the mall without going out, which is very convenient on rainy days.
2. The room is spacious and bright. Except for the two-seater tea-making area, I am very satisfied with the work area. The scenery outside the hotel window is good. You can see the colorful Qiyun Bridge and Fu'an City at night.
3. The breakfast is great, you can taste the Fuding pork slices that you have been craving for!
4. There is a new energy vehicle charging area in the hotel exit area. This road is relatively congested at night, but charging is spacious and convenient during the day, and the price is not expensive.

AAlica2709The location of the hotel is generally good — you can see the sea, and the property itself is well maintained. However, the road leading to the hotel leaves much to be desired, and the area around it looks quite deserted and shabby. The interior is very minimalistic and gives the impression of being unfinished.
The service could be improved but isn’t bad.
Breakfast is Chinese-style and not a buffet — specific dishes are served directly to your table, like a set menu. This could also be improved.
Overall, the price-performance ratio is good/okay.

Rooms were big, they have ceiling to floor windows which offered great views of the sea
It is a relatively easy place to find as it is the first building after turning in from the main road
Staff there were friendly and helpful
On the last day of our trip we accidentally left one of our jackets at a dining place 5min away from the hotel. We messaged the staff and they went to the restaurant to look for our jacket and helped to mail it back to us
Will definitely be back again to stay at this amazing hotel

The moment I stepped into the hotel, it was as if I had stepped into a carefully crafted dream. The friendly smile and warm greetings of the front desk staff are like a wisp of spring breeze, blowing into my heart instantly, making me feel the kindness and warmth of this strange city.
The room is simple yet elegant, and every detail reveals the hotel's intentions. Open the window, the breeze blows, and the beautiful scenery of the city is in full view. GGuest UserThe young man from Chongqing in this hotel is very nice. We happened to be traveling from Chongqing. Haha, I was very happy to meet a fellow countryman, and I saved a lot of time to make a guide by myself. Then I happily added work WeChat, and sent information about the train station pick-up, supper, laundry, and our one-day tour, Yangjia Creek, and Donghai Line 1. We had a very, very happy time. The young man told us everything in detail. We also had a very, very happy time and were very satisfied with our stay. Breakfast and supper are both on the 5th floor, which is pretty good. Chinese and Western buffet, we also went to Dongbi B&B, the scenery there is so beautiful, I will recommend it if I have the chance in the future. We may eat peppers here, which may be lighter, and some of the diet is not very suitable, but we are still very satisfied.

My parents were so impressed with the room that they could not stop mentioning it and its high tech functions (particularly 小度度) even after leaving. The hotel is so good that it left a very favourable impression on my parents, and it made my parents say that they would like to stay in a hotel similar to this in future. Really awesome! Service was also very good, and buffet was not bad

MM301677****A quiet place amidst the hustle and bustle is not located in the internet-famous Dongbi Village (which is extremely noisy, packed with tourists, and bustling with cars and horses). Not far from Dongbi is this B&B, which is close to the residential area and where you can really see Xiapu. It's an ordinary alleyway full of fireworks, where you can live in a down-to-earth and comfortable way. Further ahead is Sansha Town, which has a dazzling array of seafood restaurants, which is very convenient.
The breakfast at the B&B is very rich. You can open the window and walk to the balcony to see the sea (it's separated by the road).
