4-Star Hotels in Zhaosu

The hotel is the first thing you see when you enter the city from the airport. It boasts views of grasslands and snow-capped mountains on one side, and Zhaosu city on the other. The receptionist, Xiaoru, had already arranged airport pickup before check-in and enthusiastically introduced places to eat and visit in Zhaosu city and surrounding areas during check-in, making me feel right at home. By the way, the women in Xinjiang are truly beautiful! The room facilities are new and fully automated, and the bedding is comfortable and clean. The room is bright and airy, with plenty of sunlight, and you can see parts of the snow-capped mountains from the window. The room was very clean and odor-free. The hotel breakfast was especially delicious, particularly the tripe! Super delicious! The yogurt was also additive-free; I drank two big bowls! Free airport shuttle service from Zhaosu County Airport: Very convenient. The driver is punctual; you can sleep in the hotel until the driver arrives.

The hotel's facilities are quite good and justify the price for this location. However, the 'influencer-spot' photo ops inside the hotel feel a bit out of place. It might be better to replace them with outdoor tables and chairs for guests to enjoy the sunrise and sunset, or even add a sunset cafe. Also, I'd suggest some improvements to the service. Firstly, the electric cart drivers are a major factor in the low service score. The wooden boardwalk is already very narrow, and the drivers completely disregard guest safety, speeding through and forcing guests to press against the side to avoid them. During my stay, I observed this closely and it seems to be their regular practice, which is extremely dangerous ⚠️. Secondly, regarding the room type description, it looked great online, but no one contacted me beforehand to ask about my preferences. I stayed for two nights and was given a middle room with a very limited view. Thirdly, the service information. I only found out about the bonfire party on my second night when I went for a walk, as I hadn't received any prior notification. If I hadn't gone for a walk, I would have never known.

This stay experience exceeded expectations! The reception was warm and polite, and the check-in speed was very fast. The room was cleaned clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation effect was good, and the rest was very stable at night. The supporting facilities are complete, the hot water is sufficient, and the bathroom is clean and odorless. The hotel is conveniently located, convenient to travel and eat, very cost-effective, will choose this next time, highly recommended!

This was our sixth day on the Yili loop, and I'd seen good reviews online, but entering the room was a real surprise – it's the best hotel I've stayed in these past few days! The entire room has smart home features; you can control all the switches with a voice command, play music, and even call the front desk using voice. Both the hardware and software are excellent. It's incredibly clean and hygienic, and even the toilet is smart. Both the housekeeping staff and the front desk personnel were exceptionally friendly. The only minor downside is that we were so tired from sightseeing that we didn't even get to shower or check out the bathroom! 😂😂😂

The hotel interior is lovely, and the room was warm and clean. The customer service staff also promptly informed us during check-in that we'd need to space out showers due to the water heater, which was helpful and timely. The horse ranch is quite large, and you can enjoy horseback riding for a lower price than at tourist attractions. The two staff members there were also very enthusiastic and chatty. There's no phone in the room, but you can contact the front desk via WeChat, and their response time was reasonably quick. The downside was the hygiene at breakfast. A staff member replenished the food on the counter by grabbing pre-cut naan with their bare hands from the kitchen. Also, after being told there was no more milk, instead of adding fresh milk, they tilted the milk dispenser to pour out the last bit from the bottom, which was a poor experience. Furthermore, we stayed during the New Year's Day fireworks, but no staff member proactively informed us. Similarly, no one mentioned the squirrel feeding activity beforehand. We only remembered it when we were leaving, but it was too late to experience it. If there had been more timely communication, the experience would have been much better.

The hotel is exceptionally grand, with new facilities, excellent hygiene, a great environment, and warm service. The breakfast offers a rich variety of options and caters to all tastes. It's highly recommended for family trips or friends traveling together. V●ω●V

This stay was fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, and the environment was comfortable and cozy. The front desk service was professional and attentive, with an exceptionally good attitude. The hotel facilities were excellent; the gym and laundry room were both in use, the refrigerator in the room was particularly useful, and the lobby bar was also very nice. Highly recommended!

After watching the Tianma Yuhe temporarily set the hotel, the location of the hotel is very good, the health is good, the room facilities are also very good, the only flaw is that there is no air conditioning, the weather at the end of June is good, and there is some heat before going to sleep after taking a shower at night. I don't know what the temperature of the hotel room will be in July and August.

We chose this hotel after coming down from Yizhao. The front desk girl was very friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked in. 👌🏻 The room was clean, with a slight decorating smell but not too strong. The shower was excellent. The bed was two meters long, not the 1.80 meters stated on the website. The bedding was clean and comfortable, with pillows of different heights. Breakfast was a little short, from 8 to 9:30! The girl collecting meal vouchers at the restaurant entrance was the prettiest girl I'd seen in the ten days since I arrived in Xinjiang. She needs to be trained to be a star, the next Dilraba Dilmurat!
