MMiaomiaofanzhuThe front desk called and added WeChat two days before check-in. We arrived late and there was a special person to pull the luggage. After check-in, large watermelons and small dried fruits were normally delivered. The service is very warm and the environment is really beautiful! Still have its own small courtyard and large floor-to-ceiling windows. If you come to see the sunset in advance in the afternoon, it is also very good. It is recommended!

Llee012The hotel's location is okay, convenient for returning from Xiatayu Lake. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and there's a food court just down the street. The lamb skewers are delicious. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is quite generous, with a mix of meat and vegetables, offering everything you need. A few negatives: I was exhausted from the day's activities and the long drive, and I dreamed of the sound of a plane taking off. I woke up at 5:30 to find the bathroom hairdryer was going off on its own. We all used our own hairdryers, and the two provided by the hotel didn't work. Seeing the nearby outlet unused, I assumed the hairdryer wasn't plugged in. In the morning, I checked, and it turned out to be plugged in. I don't know why it went off in the middle of the night, but my family and I didn't sleep well. We had to travel the Yizhao Highway during the day, so I was worried about our condition. I even drank double the amount of coffee before leaving. We arrived in Yili without any problems. Upon leaving, I reported the situation to the front desk, and they apologized and gave us a few souvenirs, which seemed like a proactive attitude towards problem-solving. Furthermore, when we arrived at the hotel after 8 PM, the coffee machine in the lobby was out of coffee beans and orange juice, and there was no prompt replenishment. At breakfast, even at almost 9 PM, the soy milk machine was still producing hot water without any beans in it. These details were a bit inconsiderate. However, the lockers for guests in the lobby were a nice touch. Although we didn't use them, it shows that the hotel is innovative. Overall, the service and amenities were generally worthy of Huazhu's reputation, but we hope that the details can continue to improve.

GGuest UserThis is an absolutely fantastic guesthouse! The owner treated us to crisp, sweet watermelon as soon as we entered. The guesthouse is newly renovated and very clean, with stunning views – you can see from the photos! The vegetarian dishes for dinner were made with ingredients picked directly from the owner's garden, incredibly fresh. We even had the same grilled meat skewers as the owner 😊. For breakfast, since I don't drink milk, the owner thoughtfully made me some porridge! I highly recommend this guesthouse!

GGuest UserBecause the previous hotel had no water, I booked a room temporarily. The room was nice, and the boss and his family were super nice. The B&B has a public washing machine and a place to dry clothes, which is good. There is a small terrace on the second floor where you can enjoy the scenery during the day and sit and eat and chat at night. Because of the tight schedule, I left in a hurry after breakfast in the morning. I forgot to mention that the breakfast aunt is also very enthusiastic. It is a B&B that feels like home.

GGuest UserStaying at Zhaosu Yuelai Inn was the most comfortable stay I've had on business trips in all my years. The courtyard is large, with several seasonal vegetables grown there. Not only was the room clean, the environment elegant, and it was a pleasant stay, but the owner and his wife were incredibly kind and caring. They always came to my room early to remind me of breakfast. I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zhaosu.
