the location was a little further down the road (probably the last hotel on that street). If you were to drive there, beware you have to drive through Sirmione (which have very small street and lotta people walking on them who doenst want to move out of your way). Breakfast was great and I have a very pleasant stay there.

The room facilities are a bit old, the location is very good, it is very convenient to go out to the old town, there is free parking space, the surrounding environment is beautiful and comfortable

It was clean, polite staff. The only minus, gave a room on the first floor where the balcony was actually part of the main entrance to the hotel. Better not to have it at all, but just a window)
