The room was fantastic, and the complimentary snacks were a thoughtful touch. The bed was soft and very comfortable. Its location near the airport makes it perfect for those catching a flight the next day. However, I had a terrible experience with the airport shuttle. The website stated there was a free shuttle, and I even double-checked the timetable. I waited at the designated area (A9–A13), but no bus ever showed up! I saw shuttles from other hotels coming and going constantly, yet I waited for over an hour with no sign of ours. I’m not sure if a pre-booking was required, but I strongly advise everyone to call and confirm with the hotel beforehand Additionally, the shampoo dispenser in my bathroom was broken and wouldn't pump. 🥲

It is a really nice place. The shuttle helps a lot to get to and fro airport. Do note that airport to apartment is free but apartment to airport is 5 Euro per person, best to buy beforehand because we saw people getting rejected trying to buy onboard. QR is located at helpdesk or you can search online. The room itself is self sufficient. No basic salt or pepper but they have a small shop within the vicinity. Don't like the fact that the entire room is dim litted with yellow lights and the shower glass is frosted that can still see people inside, really intrusive. Laundry self-service is available at your own cost.

My son and I were warmly welcomed by the staff and got a beautiful large room, and my son received a nice tulip keychain. Afterwards, we went for a swim. There were quite a few towels on the floor, and it felt a bit like there might be a staff shortage for cleaning. Also, there was an opened bottle of water in the mini-fridge. We reported this, and they responded kindly right away, but when we returned to the room, no new one had been brought. Which isn't a big deal, as the tap water is perfectly fine to drink. For the price, you really get an excellent stay and super nice people working there.

The hotel is a great choice for those looking for a clean, spacious, and safe environment away from the city bustle. It feels very ”family-friendly” and is surrounded by nature, making it a peaceful retreat. However, keep in mind its location if you plan on visiting the city center frequently. Location & Transport 🚌 Proximity: Conveniently located about 10 minutes from the airport. Shuttle: The hotel provides a scheduled shuttle bus to and from the airport with frequent departures. City Access: There is no direct transport to the city center. To get downtown, you must take the shuttle back to the airport and transfer to a train/bus, call a taxi, or take a local bus to a transit point. It can feel a bit isolated if you don't have a car. Parking 🚗 There is ample parking space available, but please note that it costs approximately €20 per day. Room Quality 🛌 The Good: The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, the room quality is very satisfying. The Amenities: A bit minimal. They provide the basics (soap, shampoo, and lotion), but no shower caps or other extra vanity kits. You might want to bring your own. Service & Facilities 🍳 Staff: The front desk team is professional and helpful. Breakfast: A highlight! The breakfast spread is good, and the staff are very attentive—constantly clearing plates and keeping the tables clean. The staff were excellent, and the room was very clean and spacious. I stayed for three days. The airport shuttle bus is free if you're a member. The room is quite large, which makes this hotel more convenient than staying in the city center if you're flying in and out of Amsterdam within 2-3 days, as you don't have to drag your luggage into the city. Plus, you get more space. The price always fluctuates; sometimes booking early is more expensive than booking closer to the date. I booked early and ended up paying over 700 more for three days. (I don't recommend the breakfast. We bought two separate breakfasts for 19 euros per person, and there was very little to eat – mostly basic bread items. It's not even close to the quality of breakfast you'd find at a 4 or 5-star chain hotel in Sweden). Overall, I'm satisfied and would recommend it.

The airport shuttle bus costs 5 Euros from the hotel to the airport, it would be better if it were free. Some front desk staff are great, but one woman had a very bad attitude, which was quite unpleasant. Also, when booking a room, remember to check the pictures carefully, as the quality of rooms can vary greatly within the same hotel. This particular room was dimly lit and the decor wasn't as good as the one I booked a week ago.

Good for an overnight airport stay, 10 mins shuttle bus free one way 6.50 euros to return. The shuttle tickets can be purchased from a machine near the pick up point. Very friendly staff and nice rooms.

We stayed 3 nights at the Moxy Amsterdam Schiphol. Hotel is relatively quiet. The Moxy shares a shuttle with NH Hotel. For the shuttle to the airport, payment is expected via a chip per person which can be obtained from reception and booking has to be made. It costs €4 per person who is not a Marriott Bonvoy member or €3.5 for members. It is free from the airport to the hotel. There is no fridge, coffee or tea making facilities. We had to place a deposit of €90 on check in. Free coffee available in the morning only as the grab and go. No bottle water given as tap water is drinkable.

Near the Schiphol airport. Just 1 train stop away. Staff are kind and efficient. We were able to check in early for only 10 euros. Breakfast is delicious. The room is big enough with a kettle, cups, glasses, coffee, and tea. There's an iron, an ironing board, and a hair dryer. You can also leave your suitcases safely. Parking is free too. We had great stays and will for sure stay again in the future. Thank you.

I had a great stay at the hotel with my friend during our trip to Amsterdam. The location is very convenient, especially being close to the airport, which made traveling easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, the service and amenities were excellent, and we really enjoyed our experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers visiting Amsterdam.
