4-Star Hotels in Malmo

We had to pay €20 to check in an hour early. Additionally, the air in the room was very dry and quite warm, and we couldn't open a window or get the air conditioning to go any cooler. All in all, the location is great. The parking garage under the hotel was also excellent, and the gym was clean and good with a nice view. An average experience overall.

The hotel is in perfect location. Very clean and stuff very polite and kind. We have booked deluxe room sea view because of the full window sea view everyone is talking about but we were disappointed with what we got, since the majority of the view at the sea side was wall (picture attached). No beauty kit is included (cap…) Breakfast area has great view of the city, during the weekend is so busy and pretty tiny and needs reservation , the breakfast choice is nice. During workdays when there is no crowd and is so nice and calm. Anyhow nice hotel but i had higher expectation of the room chosen.

This is a hotel with history and stories. The location is very good. Behind it is the Municipal Square. There are also supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Hair salons, but everyone thinks it is not suitable for people with infants and wheelchairs. You have to climb one floor to the main entrance. Take the stairs to the front desk. The old elevator is too small to accommodate wheelchairs or larger baby strollers. When you go upstairs, you have to transfer to the elevator and carry it up several steps. If you bring a baby stroller, we book two I don’t dare to stay anymore. If you don’t have the above problems, it’s a good time to come and have a nostalgic look at Malmö’s historic buildings.

We took this room which was the 'Presidential Suite' as it was similarly priced with other hotels' standard rooms in the area. It was close to the train station; easy walk although on partially cobblestone walkways. Ensure that you have the code for getting into the hotel if you are arriving late. Room is big and there is elevator access. Amenities- wise- The fridge could not be switched on on the first day and after reporting it, it was fixed but then it started beeping on the second day so we had to unplug it. One compliment will be for the staff (female, sorry- can't remember the name) who made available the microwave oven for our room as we had mistakenly thought that the room came with it. Thank you! BAD!- Delay in refund- I had booked this hotel via trip.com and had already paid trip.com before arriving at the hotel. However, after doing online check-in as requested by the hotel, which required the credit card details, the hotel did a payment deduction also. Up to today, more than a week after the stay and numerous email and Whatsapp messages between the hotel, trip.com and I, the money is still not refunded. I wished it could have been settled before this review so that I can write positively about the stay.

The hotel's location is excellent, only a 10-minute bus ride to Malmö city center and close to the beach. The staff were wonderful; when my friend had a fever, they provided medication and even allowed us to extend our checkout by an hour. Highly recommend!

I booked this hotel in order to participate in a nearby exhibition. The hotel is generally quite satisfactory and has a retro style. The elevator door needs to be opened manually, which is inconvenient. The breakfast is very rich, with a variety of breads, smoked ham, cheese, and milk drinks with cereals. The smoked salmon is very popular, as well as foie gras, fried mushrooms and scrambled eggs are very delicious. The room is a little small, but the heated bathroom floor is amazing! Unfortunately, the refrigerator in the room broke down on the first day, but the hotel staff replaced it with a new one the next day and gave me two bar coupons to compensate for the damaged food. The price is just enough to cover two meals, and it’s also quite delicious. The hotel's exterior was being renovated when I checked in, so it was a pity that I didn't see the complete exterior.

Very beautiful apartment, highly recommended! There're a few cafes nearby, getting breakfast was no problem. Directly below is Coop (supermarket), super convenient! Its around 15mins walk to the central station but very nice walk. Smart TV. Maybe have English instructions in the laundry room because everything was in swedish which I didnt understand (had to ask someone for help). The booking laundry key wasnt in the room, not sure where it was. Took me awhile to check in because I didnt know my unit number was the first 3 digit of the 7 numbers.. maybe could have put inside the email. No shampoo, conditioner & body wash.

I came to Malmö to watch a match. The location is great, right next to the train and bus stations. There are 24-hour fast food restaurants and large shopping malls nearby. The breakfast was good. The room was clean, but like most 3-4 star hotels in Europe, it didn't have amenities like toothpaste, toothbrushes, or slippers. There was no housekeeping during my stay, and towels and tissues were in short supply; I had to get them from the lobby.

We had a disabled room. It was a little bigger and comfortable. Unfortunately, AC missed and it could become very hot. We had a view to the grand square and there people gather kl.03 at night when the exhibits close. It's getting quite noisy because it was so hot in the room that we have to sleep with windows open. It was taxi cars there and after 20-25 minutes it became empty and quiet again. But the location fine, staff nice, rooms clean and breakfast good. So it was a good experience overall.

The breakfast was good, the cheese was delicious, the hotel was nice to stay in, the location was good, there was a supermarket three or four minutes away, but the tables in the lobby were quite dirty, it didn't matter when I sat there, overall it was good
