GGuest UserExcellent hotel, central location, beautiful environment, balcony, delicious breakfast. There are delicious restaurants nearby, both Chinese and Western. I will definitely stay in this hotel again next time I go to Kampala.

GGuest UserThis is the second time I booked this hotel. I am generally satisfied, but not as satisfied as the first time.
The hotel has good security and I feel safe staying here.
The interior design of the hotel is good, but some facilities are a bit old.
The hotel service is not satisfactory. The sewer has been a bit blocked, and it has not been repaired even after feedback. The water temperature is speechless, either very hot or very cold.
The speed and attitude of the hotel staff in handling problems are not very good, and they always shirk responsibility.

MMEIJUNBelonging to the lakeside resort, the vegetation is very lush, I like all kinds of green plants, the lakeside scenery is general.
To be honest, the service awareness of the waiter is general.
Because it is a small second floor, very few rooms can see the lake on the balcony.

AAbhinav Sharma IndThe place was ok, I would not say it was good or very good because of the services. They never had the required basic things in the room to refill. The water is never available on time. The bathing soap was not refilled even after ewquesting them for 3 days.
The location is good, rooms are clean but the only lacking was service and basic amenities.

YYINGMINGI am in a hotel in Uganda every time, the facilities are old, but the location is very good, breakfast is good, service is warm. Note that three different spekes are distinguished, one is cow cow, the most expensive. One is apartment, the second. The most civilian is this, hotel.

GGuest UserBooked this hotel for its the conference venue I was attending. Clean spacious room, attentive staffs and usual hotel amenities provided.
Certain items eg Iron, ironing board and slippers were available by request.
Hotel also provided airport transfer and taxi to go around Kampala city at reasonable price.
Airport taxi usd90 to&fro.
Food was wonderful and Ugandan dishes were available. I tried Matooke and liked it.

YYICHENGThe breakfast quality is poor, the service is ok, the surrounding environment is too bad, the price is high, and there is no parking lot! It was opened by Indians and it feels so so! Chinese people can stay in Chinese hotels and bargain
