After your day at the beach you can rinse off in the outdoor shower and sip a fruity drink on your private patio space. Want to bring your surfboard or bike? No problem, there is a full garage to keep all of your favorite beach gear. Walk to grab a donut, ice cream, the beachside restaurants, shops and fishing pier or hop in the car and drive a few short miles to historic Downtown Saint Augustine.This property is Unit B of a side by side duplex.
