The fully stocked kitchen includes coffee, spices, paper towels, trash bags, oil spray, ziplock bags, containers, and more. The immaculate bathroom includes toilet paper, hair dryer, towels, and all-in-one wash. There is also a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and detergent so you can go home with clean clothes. Dogs:As dog owners ourselves, we know how important it is to bring your small to medium sized pup with you on vacation (Please do not exceed 50 lbs). Please keep your well-behaved and potty-trained dog always on a 6 foot leash. If your dog is an excessive barker, this may not be the place for them. Because the condo is new (and we’d love to keep it that way for our guests), please do not allow your dogs up on the couches unless you place our provided pet blanket on top of the couch. And of course, always clean up after them outside the property. Guest Access:This condo is located on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator or stairs to get there. The 10 2-person rooftop hot tubs are located on the 5th floor which are ready for use and you can take the elevator to get to. For your convenience, there is one designated free parking spot right on the condo property. One block walk gets you to Front Street, which is home to shopping and dinning. Central location to exploring both Old Mission and Leelanau Peninsula and everything they have to offer.The condo is on the third floor of the building. Stairs must be climbed, there is no elevator.A parking spot is provided for this unit in the private parking lot directly across the street. There is a loading area in alley behind the condo for easy luggage offload. Level 2 EV Chargers located in Parking lot attached to building. These are maintained by Traverse City. Four charging spots.
