Stey Hotels in Stavanger

My room had a large fridge, compared to other hotels, a water heater, two cups, two spoons, and a corkscrew (we were three people, I asked and they gave us another cup). There's free coffee at reception almost all day. The beds are comfortable. The curtains block out the light well. The bathroom is very comfortable, with a great shower and adapted for people with reduced mobility, gel, shampoo, conditioner, body milk, and a hairdryer. The power outlet system is very advanced; you have to activate them with a switch, otherwise, even the microwave won't work. The wardrobes are spacious and have hangers. All exterior doors are automatic. The only drawback is that their alarm system goes off. It seems that guests in rooms with extractor hoods don't know how to activate them, causing the alarm to trigger. It gave us such a fright that we almost had a heart attack – be prepared for it. I assume they will fix it over time. I had a car, but public transport stopped right at the door.
