Breakfast was great and we liked our room. However, less than 24 hours after we checked out, I realized I’d forgotten my new North Face jacket in the closet in our hotel room. They were supposed to follow up and tell me what they would do to make this right. The hotel never followed up. One of their employees called and said the hotel wasn’t going to do anything about it and told me she was calling from her personal phone. Sadly, there are some dishonest employees working at this hotel and someone took my brand new jacket that I’d only worn once since I bought it that week.
