This hotel was in a fabulous location, right off the historic main square. The staff were all very friendly and helpful as well. We were staying on the top floor with a lovely view of the square and surrounding buildings. The trams pass by next to the hotel which is useful for getting around. We arrived by train and could easily walk to the hotel even with luggage.

It was a great deal of good location, the room we stayed was wide for hotels in Europe. I believe the only thing we missed was that no passage from the parking with the lift could be made. We downloaded the car to the parking because it had a connection. We didn't know the first night we stayed. But as I said, the location and the width of the rooms were very good. We went out at 8 a.m. and went to bed without having to be out until 10 a.m.. If you stay in Queen's bedroom, you don't need extra bed for the child. We were 1 minute away from the place on the photo. You are very close to everywhere, a successful hotel for us
Hotel Kaijoo by HappyCulture

trip.com has become [Best Western Hotel de France], but the actual name was Hotel Kaijo. I think it was probably renewed and changed its name. I was lost when the name was different, but the reservation was made properly. There is a description in the review that there is a bathtub, but it was not in the room I stayed in, so if you want, you should request the hotel. The washbasin was clean or renewed, and the shower room and toilet were unusually separate. But I was worried about it because there was a mysterious dirt on the wall of the shower room.

Joyce and Vietnamese lady managing the reception, have uplifted the image of this hotel. Their service-oriented attitude and professionalism were impressive. They were helpful and informative. Hotel is centrally located - tram station 2 mins walk; eateries, supermarket, department store are within 5 mins walk. Rooms are clean. I highly recommend this hotel.
