Dated but good sleep
Ended up in an accessible room which I didn’t need. 102
There is no vanity in ten bathroom which made doing hair and makeup difficult

Outstanding hotel, excellent staff, great set up. Stayed here with a hockey team and hotel was packed with other hockey teams. Teams had rooms together, code of conduct very clear, teams also each had an assigned area to socialize, and to keep the chaos contained. Outside of these areas it was quiet and kids were able to sleep before important games. Breakfast good. Because of the way this hotel was expanded in the past, the central corridor is bright and has a real resort feel.

Cleaning is not a priority at this property! Checked in and noticed that our washroom had been clean and our room had not been vacuum. Figured we give them a chance. Visited the front desk and asked that it been done properly the next day. Front desk Clerk was excellent and apologized, committed to resolving the situation the following day. The next day, we were gone all day, when we arrived back around supper time, the room was in the same state. Housekeeping had simply emptied the garbage and replaced the towels. Visited the front desk again and was told that nothing could be done. Poor to limited cleaning available at this property, be advised!

The check in was great. The 2 guys at the desk are very nice. Stayed in room 155. Nice room. Little bit of attention needed to the inside bottom of the bathroom door. Only
Complaint is there was very little water pressure. Other than that, an all around good experience. Would definetely stay here again.
