The front desk staff showed us to our room and carried our luggage. I thought the service was really good. For dinner, we were shown to a private room, and each dish was carefully brought to us and explained to us. Maybe because I've gotten used to buffets recently, I was able to dine in a relaxed atmosphere (thanks so much to the guy who took care of us). We were very satisfied with both the bath and the bath at the hotel next door. It felt really good to enjoy the open-air bath while looking at the stars at night and the ocean in front in the morning. The room was clean and the toilet and washroom were easy to use. If I had to say one thing... the fish at breakfast was very thin and small, and I think I could have eaten rice if there had been some natto lol. I felt that there was not much breakfast compared to the amount of food served at dinner. But I'm glad I chose Awaji Yumesenkei. I had a great trip \(^o^)/

The large hot spring, delicious food, and good service made for a very satisfying stay. I especially liked the hot springs at Yuhinkaku Tenkyu no Shizuku and Tanada no Yu. The baths had a sense of openness as you looked out at the sea, and the temperature was just right, so it felt like I was regaining my energy. The staff always greeted me as they worked, which was nice. I stayed for two days, but I would like to stay for multiple days again. Since I stayed on a weekday during the off-season, my room was upgraded. The view was great, and I was able to use the private study area freely, so I was able to spend my time comfortably. The facilities for relaxing, such as the drink bar and cigar bar, were also very high-quality and very comfortable. In particular, they are open until midnight, so you can enjoy a bath after a meal. There is a fish tank in the sea where you can fish, and the fish you catch can be cooked that evening. I would definitely like to do that next time. Since the hotels in the same group are adjacent to each other, they are connected by a corridor, so you can use the baths of all the hotels. I felt that it was a well-designed place that you won't get tired of. The interior of the lobby also had an atmosphere that gave off the feeling of living creatures such as carp, goldfish, and killifish, and it was clear that the property was well-maintained, making it feel like a high-quality lodging.

We stayed at the exclusive Amahara Wing in a room with our own private onsen. The stay was simply exquisite. Room: unbeatable sea view with our own private onsen bath. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space to lounge about and relax. Onsen: guests have the choice of using any of the various onsens in the whole hotel complex. They were all very good. Meals: I was expecting an amazing experience, and that is exactly what I got. Every single course was great, filled with locally sourced food. Breakfast selection was also very refined. Service: the service was again as good as expected, staff was helpful in helping us too arrange our onward plans. However most staff actually spoke very little English.

The rooms are spacious and the service is perfect. Evening meals at the restaurant are great for both adults and children. My son has a dairy and nut allergy. Even though it was a meal for children, it was a satisfying dish with the same quality as adults. The children's leftover sea bream rice was made into a lot of rice balls and brought to the room. The hot springs are so moist that my son, who has an atopic constitution, does not itch without applying moisturizer. I couldn't get a reservation easily, so I didn't forget to make a reservation for next year and went home. Thank you.

I was really looking forward to the inn that I had been interested in for a long time because of the commercials and word of mouth. When I arrived by car, the bell asked my name, but I was told that there was no reservation... I got out of the car in a hurry and checked the bell's form, and there was a name at the bottom. For a moment, I was quite impatient as to whether I made a mistake in the reservation date. When I entered the room, there were grains of rice on the soles of my husband's and children's feet. I've stayed in many places before, but this is the first time I've experienced something like this, and my tension has dropped. . . There are 3 hot springs, an infinity bath, an open-air bath near the sea, a red bath, a jet bath, etc. It was my first time to see such a wide variety of hot springs. You can use towels as much as you want, and there is a tea service at the bathing area. I could see the ocean from my room, and the corridor leading to New Awaji was also reminiscent of Hawaii. The employees are young and everyone greets you. There was also a big Christmas tree, and I was able to taste Christmas ahead of time. Facilities and hot springs are 5. The meal was normal because it was a standard plan. Rating 3 because it was disappointing when it arrived. The price is also high, so I want you to have a thorough service from the beginning.
