A simple motel with a simple room. Worth the price. You cannot expect more but you get what you paid for.

Room not so clean Nice location close to hq of many tech companies and close to highway that brings to San Francisco. Friendly hotel staff but the room was a bit old

For the price it’s excellent but the condition overall is in need of repair and upgrades. The displayed pictures sold me to believe it’s nice but for the price it’s ok.

No shampoo to take a shower. Bathroom fan is so loud that you cannot sleep with it on. Light and fan under 1 switch. Can hear neighbors talking and street noise. Small room. Under average.

I was there because my son was having heart surgery at Sanford Hospital and when I was going to increase my stay the rates nearly tripled for the holiday season. I had to leave him in California and go home to Nevada because I could no longer afford the rates. I tried contacting upper management to explain my situation, they didn't care. They just wanted more money. Greedy, uncaring property owners. I don't recommend them. As far as the noise, some people shouldn't have children. It was awful. I was already stressed out, and that kid screaming and banging on the wall and door in the room next to me was just horrible. It was every single evening. Calling the office did nothing. Those parent's were just rude. Plus i had to have my key card redone practically every day. Shoddy equipment, noisy people, greedy owner's... just a terrible experience all around.

I have stayed at this hotel before but I was not satisfied with this last day. Upon checking in, the representative told me that my room would be upstairs and it was located right next to the staircase. I was in town for work so I needed it to be quiet and asked to be relocated to a room away from the stairs. He told me no that they were almost sold out and that if he moved my room he would have to change my room type and charge me. The hotel was nowhere near sold out as it was barely any cars or people there that day so it really irritated me that he wasn't willing to assist. The bed was horrible. Probably the worst I've ever slept on in a hotel. Again, I have stayed at this hotel before so I don't know if they recently changed mattresses or if this room just had a crappy mattress but it was terrible. I tossed and turned all night and didn't hardly get any sleep. Stay away from room 232. The bed sucks. The room was clean and usually is when I stay at this hotel. Not sure if I was stay here again since I don't want to take the risk of having a crappy mattress again?

I had the bare bones lowest price option, which did not include any amenities, so no refrigerator or microwave or coffee maker. Only real complaint was the key to the room kept getting unworkable and had to be reprogrammed a couple times over the 4 nights I was there.

Not much to say about a motel 6 but I’ll give credit when it’s due. It’s one of the smaller sized motel 6, which I don’t think it really matters to some but the less rooms the less people, crowds, potential noisy neighbors if your more of a low key person. Location is great, fast food within walking distance, other hotels and gas stations too. Free entrance is literally across the street and not too far from SF, 35 minute drive or so without traffic. Room was very clean, checking attendant was friendly and even called to make sure if everything was okay about an hour after check in. That was thoughtful. No noisy neighbors and area around location was nice. There’s was an odd incident where a stranger knocked on my door asking for someone by name which i thought was extremely odd as I never had anything like this happen but calmly said they have the wrong room. He left and didn’t return. Weird right? Other than that, a decent stay at motel 6 this time around.

Hotel attendant busy with other guests waited outside (lobby door was locked) in the cold and rain before he came back. got the room, smelled like an ashtray. After signing 20 instances of no-smoking in the room or else fees asked to get a new room. No refrigerator. No microwave. Bathroom fan was noisy beyond belief. The room was clean and looked like it was modernized but the walls, doors and windows were still letting in outside noise. Stayed for a few days only but it wouldn't be acceptable for anything more than a quick business trip.

Melissa, a shift manager was very accommodating. I appreciated her kindness and professionalism. My stay started off finding black mold in my reserved room. This location, the engineering, lacks proper circulation in the bathrooms thus condensation buildup happens on the walls/ceiling. IMO. Nonetheless, Melissa was accommodating as best as availability of rooms would allow. We were given another room on entry level, which for a day or two was okay until it wasn’t. Due to the guest above us, we couldn’t sleep from nonstop moving. I was directed to speak to another manager, who at first was not understanding but can along with continued persistence to be moved to another room on the second floor to ensure for rest. The last day was the best sleep we received in the last couple days, which was great!

I have to go back to the hotel for the key to be properly checked out. Its just a card key and they can replace it with another. Thats too much inconvenience for customers especially if we work far away from the hotel and all we need to do is check out

******* sold us a room with a microwave and refrigerator but, when we checked in, we were told there were no such rooms. Noisy surroundings. Someone above us sounded like they were moving furniture in the middle of the night and the made lots of noise at 6:30 the next morning. Horrible internet connection if you were able to connect at all.
