What can I say more are impressive lobby greeting the guests on entry, efficient and fast check-in and check-out even the manager loyalty came to approach me ask how my stay experience (thank you Mr. Ismael), nice executive lounge with superb staff service (thanks to Mr. Bagus, if I remember his name), in room the noise insulation from outside very effective, comfy bed and pillows, good hotel design, the room and the facilities. Very nice hotel but not ideal location on very busy road. Breakfast ok. Other meals and drinks very expensive. Good gym ok pool. Didn’t really feel the full 5star experience. No robes. A bit stingy with waters and coffee always wanting you to spend more. Staff very friendly and great security though

very comfy, i booked for deluxe but there were no room available so my room was upgraded, thanks to the staff for being professional and helpful. breakfast was good and quite lots of choices (western and indonesian) from pancakes, indonesian traditional food, and chinese food like fried rice etc. room was clean but can be cleaner (i found few little insects but that was actually fine for me. overall very recommended and the hotel is located in the center of the city so this one is a plus! 🤩

This new hotel is located on heart of Surabaya city. The hotel is clean, comfort and the hotel staffs is really friendly and helpful. There's a lot of 24hours fastfood chain restaurants, street food vendors and convinience stores around the hotel. It takes only 5 minutes walk to TUNJUNGAN PLAZA (one of the biggest mall in Surabaya) The room is not so spacious but it clean and comfort. Luckily, I got room on 16th floor, so it has a beautiful cityscape of Surabaya too. The food was okey, breakfast buffet has a several choices of local food. And the restaurant looks modern and cozy enough. You will get a lot of smiles from the hotel staffs while you stay. And they very helpful too. And sure, I will be back to this hotel.

The room was small (we booked eco room) but it’s okay. The maintenance and upkeep was somewhat low (the hotel opened at 2019, so only 4 years just opened). The towels were a bit yellowish (not the thick white towel that we expected), and had musty smell. The staff service was quite good. The hotel lobby is a plus, it’s quite spacious.

I found this hotel to be great for a budget traveler like me. I booked it through agoda.com for a discounted price. I stayed two nights which was a good experience. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Hotel location is strategic because I could get access to public transportation right in front and to food vendors when I was hungry. The facilities like lifts, toilets, etc in the hotel are excellent. Room's space is good and comfortable. The only non-positive comments from me are: no breakfast included because of the discounted price. I had to pay extra Rp50,000 for a small plate of fried rice and two slices of bread and a cup of coffee. I could get better offer with that 50,000 outside the hotel. Anyway, no big deal. I can further say that for one person only. I also saw women's hair underneath the bed. I guess they have not cleaned the room properly yet. Overall, the experience is good. I still recommend this hotel to other travelers.

The yard is very nice and has a big swimming pool! The room is small, has bottled water, basic facilities, and is in a small alley! Good service attitude! Just a few minutes walk to the main street and there’s free airport drop-off! Walking out of the alley is the airport, but there is a fence and you have to take a detour, so it is important to see you off! Is the transit airport okay?
