Due to structural problems, it is impossible to install an elevator. The luggage is carried up and down by the waiters. Hotel is relatively new and absolutely love the room. Downside to it was the staff gave me a room which was on the other wing. Had to climb up and down a flight of steps to get to the main elevator. The steps were not luggage friendly at all. Had to make two trips up and down the steps to carry my heavy luggages. 15mins walk to guanqian street for shopping and food. There’s also lots of restaurants around the hotel. Train station is also just beside the hotel. Down side: there’s no proper drop off/pick up area. Also, the hotel lost one of my delivery packages. I hope they will have a better process on receiving/delivering delivery packages moving forward. Since it’s nearby the famous attractions, be prepared to wait in the jam as the roads are only two way streets. Taking the train is your best alternative.

I am a bit of a germophobe, but I am super satisfied! The room originally booked by my family was checked in on the first day of the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday. At that time, I planned to stay for only one day, but I was stranded by the super typhoon No. 13 and stayed for one more night. The extension procedure is quite simple. The manager considerately arranges for each guest who extends the stay to not change rooms, and also provides a large bag of dry food to each room, so that every guest who can't go out or order takeout can have snacks. So loving! The hotel's special project, late-night porridge, is really thoughtful, heartwarming, and very popular with guests. Although we didn't try it ourselves this time, every time we see other guests eating with relish, we want to come again in the future to enjoy this special service.
